This property is very well situated to enjoy the breath-taking settings that arise at this interesting and relaxing island. The property is close to the city centre of Agia Napa, ideal for all those travellers who like to dance the night away, and also spectacular white sandy beaches with crystal-clear waters where guests can have the time of their lives while bask in the sun in the company of their friends or their family. The property is provided with simply but nicely fitted rooms, which include all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. Features include central heating and air-conditioning system and a satellite TV for guests to rest at night if they are too tired to go out. Among the extraordinary hotel facilities, visitors might benefit from the delicious dishes served at the on-site restaurant or from a refreshing swim at the large, outdoor swimming pool with a sundeck.
Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.
We stayed at CYPROTEL FLORIDA on a half-board basis and had a really great experience. The breakfast had a great variety of tasty food, and the dinner was especially delicious.
A special thanks to Nani, who was always friendly and helpful and went out of his way to make sure everything was perfect for us throughout our holiday.

Great location and the best service
The staff were very kind and friendly. The breakfast buffet was very rich and offered a great variety of options. One suggestion: the yogurt was good, but on two mornings I found it lukewarm. Maybe it was because breakfast was closing in about an hour, but it might be better to have a small fridge or refrigerated display nearby to keep it properly chilled and avoid any risk of stomach problems. Another thing: I would expect such a beautiful hotel to provide a proper set of soap and shampoo. There were toothbrush and toothpaste kits, which was great, but I think having proper soap and shampoo sets would make a much better impression. The soap dispensers currently provided in the bathroom, which look a bit like the ones you would find in a public train station bathroom, don’t really match the quality and appearance of the hotel. On the other hand, I found the €5 deposit for the power adapter very practical. I needed one in an emergency, and if you don’t want to buy one, having this option is very convenient. Other than that, the room was beautiful, the swimming pool was always clean, and the gym was small but still sufficiently equipped. The hotel is also well connected to both the centre of Ayia Napa and Protaras. Overall, it is definitely worth staying here!
The hotel is amazing! Everything is very clean, the staff is very friendly and always very helpful. The hotels location is very nice too. It is close to the beach and to one of the most famous streets for walks. In the same time the area is very quiet and peaceful!
This hotel is absolutely stunning and a hidden gem in Cyprus. The hotel was taken over and has been refurbished to an excellent standard. Read the last 4-5 months of reviews as the others are when it was run previously. It is definitely one of the newest in Aiya Napa. Fabulous rooms, spacious and the staff are incredible. Roy the general manager went out of his way to communicate with us. We had only been there two nights and they even arranged balloons and a surprise cake for our daughter’s first birthday. All the staff are friendly, and a shoutout to Nikolos and Georgia for their help at breakfast. Thank you again to this wonderful team. We shall definitely be back again.
