The hotel is only 800m from the beach and only 1,5km away from the center of Ayia Napa, easily accessible to all the restaurants, pubs and shops. The hotel has 2 big swimming pools with sunbeds and 2 kids pool, plus 1 outdoor Jacuzzi, next to a big terrace and gardens. The hotel has 2 sections. 22 twin rooms and 31 one-bedroom rooms all renovated in 2015 located in main building, 10 Junior Suite with private pool rooms, 22 family Swim up rooms, 35 superior rooms inland or pool view located in new section, built in 2018.

Drug and chaos
A hotel full of drugged-up young people, with constant noise and chaos. Unless you are one of them, you would be better off avoiding this place. We especially do not recommend the Serbian travel agency Travel Land, which failed to warn us about what is apparently a regular feature of this hotel.
Hotel je pun drogirane omladine, uz stalnu buku i haos. Ako niste deo takvog društva, najbolje je da ga zaobiđete. Posebno ne preporučujemo turističku agenciju Travel Land iz Srbije, koja nas nije upozorila na ono što je, očigledno, uobičajena pojava u ovom hotelu.
Great hotel!
Lovely hotel very clean and tidy! Room we had was beautiful well maintained and very clean and cleaned daily. Breakfast was lovely nice portion sizes and staff were very friendly and helpful. Swimming pools were cleaned daily. Great location and great hotel looking forward to coming back in September 2026.
Great family holiday
Great hotel with an amazing location. Only a short walk and you’re on the strip. Had a brilliant room with a balcony that went straight out to the swimming pool. All the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was superb, highly recommended the omelettes. Went on a family adult hotel and found this catered for everyone. You can party or simply chill. Will definitely return.
