This holiday complex lies directly between 2 shallow bays with sandy beaches on the Macronissos Peninsula and approximately 5 km from the lively centre of Ayia Napa. The town can easily be reached by making use of the regular public bus service that departs from a stop some 200 m from the hotel.
This sprawling hotel complex comprises 205 rooms and facilities include a foyer with a 24-hour reception desk, a safe, a café, a small supermarket, a hairdresser's salon, a bar, games room, a TV room, an air-conditioned restaurant with a non-smoking area and a conference room. There are room and laundry services, a car park, as garage, a children's playground, a kids' nightclub and, for those aged between 4 and 12 years of age, a kids' club.
The comfortable air-conditioned rooms each come with a bathroom, a hairdryer, a direct dial telephone, satellite/ cable TV, a hi-fi stereo system, a minibar/ fridge, carpeting, central heating, a balcony or terrace and a hire safe in each suite as standard. It is possible to book a room with side or full on views over the sea in advance.
In the outdoor complex is a swimming pool with a children's pool, a snack bar and sun loungers and parasols that have been laid out ready for use. Leisure options include a gym and, on payment of an additional fee, guest may make use of the hot tub, sauna and massage service. Sports such as aerobics table tennis, beach volleyball and bocce are all-inclusive and, for an additional fee, guests may make use of the 5 sand tennis courts, squash courts, archery, mountain and road bike hire service, billiards tables and a diverse selection of water sports. The day and evening entertainment programme with sport and live music provides some variations several time a week.
Guests may select their breakfast, lunch and evening meal from an ample buffet; the evening meal may be chosen from a menu. Moreover, it is possible to book a half-board or an all-inclusive stay.
We had a great time at this hotel. It is immaculately clean and the staff are friendly and helpful. Shout to Ayam (aka sexy boy) at the beach bar, Maria the Manager and Khalaf and Ameera who provided excellent service throughout our stay. The food is varied and we enjoyed the à la carte restaurants and snack bar too. The location is picturesque and we have some great days relaxing around the pool. Highly recommend and look forward to returning in the future.
Just back from a wonderfully relaxing week at this hotel. The hotel itself is spacious, immaculately clean with plenty of sun terraces and seating areas so it never feels crowded. There are plenty of staff around, all friendly and helpful who add to the relaxed atmosphere.
The bedroom was light, spacious and clean with air conditioning, a huge double bed and large balcony. It came with tea and coffee making facilities and a fridge. A key safe box is available for a fee.
The food was always tasty and fresh with enough choice without it being overwhelming. Visits to the Italian and Greek restaurants were an experience I would strongly recommend.
There are 2 main pools with convienently located bars and plenty of sun loungers which have the most comfortable thick padded cushions.
The hotel has direct access straight onto clean sandy beaches with crystal clear water. There are no steep slopes so very child safe. The Dome beach directly outside the hotel has some stones in the water making beach shoes advisable. But Makronissos beach, a 2 minute walk further along is stone free. Both are public beaches with a daily charge for sunloungers and umbrellas, so my advice is to use the hotels loungers and Makronissos beach for a cooling off dip.
Wonderful family holiday. Great staff around the whole hotel, so welcoming and helpful we found they all worked together so well, management have done a great job finding the right team.
We loved the food in the additional restaurants all 3 had fab food and we liked being able to sit and eat as a family. The buffet also provided a good variety of food and we especially liked the salads, presentation always looked amazing and the taste was even better.
The actually location of the hotel was perfect. It is in a quiet spot with 2 sandy beaches and a clear sea. We have never been to another hotel with this kind of location and pool size, we will certainly be returning.
Management and cleaners were always present around the hotel and our room was always cleaned daily with towels refreshed and our room always smelt lovely.
Today, we experienced an unexpected problem with our car. We got a flat tyre, and unfortunately, we discovered that our spare tyre was flat too!
We would like to say a HUGE THANK YOU to the entire team at Dome Beach Hotel & Resort for being there for us when we needed help the most! Not only did they help us change the spare tyre, but they also kindly drove us safely to the nearest shop so we could get a replacement wheel.
Your kindness, willingness to help, and genuine care truly touched our hearts. You made us feel like part of a family rather than just hotel guests!

My husband Phil and I got married at Dome Beach Hotel on Monday 28th September, and I honestly don’t think we could have wished for a more perfect experience. ❤️
From the moment we arrived, everything was amazing. We got married on the fifth day of our first week at the hotel, with 30 of our family and friends joining us for our special day, around 20 of whom were also staying at Dome Beach. Having so many of our loved ones there to share the experience with us made it even more special. Throughout our entire first week, not one of our family or friends had a single complaint. Everyone was having the most amazing time.
I have to give a very special mention to Erene, Maria and Paschali, who were absolutely incredible from start to finish. They went above and beyond to make sure everyone was happy and that everything was taken care of. They were so welcoming, friendly and accommodating, and nothing was ever too much trouble. Any questions or little worries we had were dealt with straight away, which made such a difference.
As any bride will know, there’s always a little bit of nervousness and excitement in the build-up to your wedding, and you just want everything to be perfect. Our pre-wedding meeting was fantastic. Everything was explained so clearly, every question was answered, and the attention to detail was brilliant. It gave me so much reassurance and allowed me to go into the wedding day feeling excited rather than worrying about all the little things.
Then came the wedding day itself, and I honestly don’t have enough words to describe how amazing Erene and Maria were. As a bride, you want to be able to take everything in, enjoy every second and make memories that will last a lifetime, without constantly worrying about whether everything is running smoothly. They made that possible for me.
From the morning right through the day, they were absolutely fantastic. They took care of everything behind the scenes, making sure everything was perfectly coordinated and ran exactly as it should. I never once felt that I needed to worry about anything. Instead, I could just enjoy being a bride, spend time with my husband, family and friends, and truly appreciate every moment of what was one of the happiest days of my life.
Looking back, I’m so grateful that I was able to be fully present and enjoy our wedding rather than getting caught up in the stress of organising everything. That is something I will always remember, and I honestly cannot thank them enough for making me feel so looked after.
The bar staff deserve a huge mention too. They were brilliant, so friendly and great fun throughout the wedding. The atmosphere was incredible, and everyone contributed to making the day feel so special. It really was everything I had hoped our wedding would be and more.
I genuinely cannot thank the entire wedding team and hotel staff enough. They didn’t just provide us with a venue; they helped create the most beautiful memories of a day that Phil and I will treasure for the rest of our lives.
We’re actually still at Dome Beach now, and the hotel experience itself has continued to be just as fantastic. Our room has been spotless every single day, and the housekeeping team do a wonderful job.
The food has been great throughout our stay, with plenty of choice, and the service across the hotel has been excellent. Another thing we’ve loved is that there’s absolutely no battle for sunbeds! We’ve always been able to find loungers without any problems, which makes such a difference when you’re trying to relax and enjoy your holiday.
The location is also fantastic. Being right on the beach means you have the choice of spending your day relaxing by the pool or heading straight onto the beach. Having both options right there has been perfect.
We’re now enjoying our second week at Dome Beach for our honeymoon, just the two of us, and something that has really touched me is that the staff haven’t simply forgotten about us now that the wedding is over. We still see and speak to everyone every day, and they continue to make us feel just as welcome and special as they did during our wedding week. It’s lovely to feel that the people who helped make our wedding so memorable are still making our honeymoon just as enjoyable.
If you’re considering getting married at Dome Beach, or even just looking for somewhere to enjoy a holiday, I honestly couldn’t recommend it enough. Our experience has been amazing from the moment we arrived, through the excitement of our wedding day and now into our honeymoon.
