I would not recommend staying at this hotel. My experience was extremely upsetting and completely ruined what should have been a relaxing holiday.
During our stay, the owner became aggressive, shouted at us, and spoke to us in a very intimidating manner. We were told that if we did not like the hotel’s rules, we could be thrown out. This left us feeling frightened, stressed, and worried that we would lose our accommodation while on holiday.
We also experienced problems with facilities that we expected to have available during our stay, which added to our frustration.
No guest should be made to feel unsafe or threatened. A holiday should be enjoyable, but instead we spent it feeling anxious and uncomfortable. I have reported my experience to the company I booked through and to my travel insurance provider.
I hope the management takes guest welfare and customer service more seriously in the future.
We had a fantastic time
I have just returned from a ten night stay here. The bar manager was absolutely fantastic. She worked incredibly hard day and night to ensure the smooth running of the hotel, along with the young lad working in the bar/ pool area. The hotel was lovely, rooms are basic but comfortable and the pool is perfect. We were made to feel welcome throughout- and I can only guess that the negative reviews shared during our stay were from the horrible disruptive group that had to be asked to behave! I would definitely recommend staying here and I cannot praise the bar manager and her staff highly enough - thank you for a great holiday :)

Absolutely beautiful, clean, quiet, amazing staff and so cheap. Food was nice and the receptionist lady was so lovely couldnt do more for me and my sister and friends she was a beautiful person. Rooms have everything u need although not the nicest ive seen the room was thoroughly cleaned 😀. Just perfect cant say anything bad at all thank you for a great few days would 100% recommend garden of Eden for the food which is a couple of minutes walk and the supermarkets were the staff are so friendly 😀. Great value for money 💰

We stayed here as a family of 6, plus 2 family friends split between 2 apartments. The location is perfect, away from the madness and noise of the strip, but only a 2 minute taxi ride or a 30 minute walk. Makrinosis Beach is only a 5 minute stroll away and Nissi 15 minutes. The atmosphere is very relaxed, with music playing in the background during the day and evening. Good food is served all day, priced competitively there’s something for everyone. Rooms are what they are, not “all singing and dancing”, but they’re clean, have everything you need with fridge/freezer, a 2 ring stove and pans for knocking up a basic meal if you don’t fancy eating out. Linen and towels are exchanged every other day, the service is second to none and the team will help in any way possible to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. Would I recommend this place? 100%. Would I come back? In a heart beat.
Terrible hotel
Terrible hotel — absolutely not recommended
I have travelled around the world for 15 years, but I have never experienced a hotel like this one.
The staff were unfriendly and the rooms were dirty and poorly maintained. There was no TV, the kitchen was missing basic equipment, and towels and bed linen were only changed once a week. The walls were falling apart, some beds were broken, and the overall standard of the rooms, cleanliness and service was simply unacceptable.
The hotel also has a ridiculous number of rules. Guests are constantly watched and monitored, and if you do not follow their rules, you are told to go back to your country and go home. I have never encountered anything like this in all my years of travelling.
There was a serious lack of basic facilities and equipment. Overall, the whole experience was a complete disaster.
I strongly do not recommend this hotel to anyone. Stay away from this place.
