JUST AVOID THIS SO CALLED HOTEL!
The worst hotel ever! Very rude, unprofessional and crazy reception and owner! No sheet and towel changing! nothing at all! They also won't give you two keys for a room, you need to pay for everything, there are no toiletries at all! They beat the guests for being in the pool till 6:01 PM, because the rule is until 6PM. The owner in the reception says that he decides when to let you in the room (not standard check-in hours) etc. There are many things I want to say! JUST AVOID THIS SO CALLED HOTEL!

Great location not too busy but close to Nissi beech water park Great atmosphere professionally run staff are amazing Rooms are very clean everything you would need is provided Value for Money you will not get better than this the food is amazing we stay here when ever we get chance

We had an amazing stay and would definitely recommend it! The staff were all so friendly and welcoming, and they took amazing care of the hotel. Everything was kept spotless, especially around the pool, which was always clean and well looked after. There was never an issue finding a sunbed, no matter what time we went down.
The apartment was very clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The food was amazing too – everything tasted fresh, homemade, and was clearly prepared with care. Overall, we had a fantastic holiday and would happily stay here again!

I am writing this as a travel agent that has been working in the travel industry since 2001 both overseas and in the Uk. I feel based on my experience, I can give an honest review. My husband and I are currently staying at these apartments, I can honestly say this place is so lovely. The staff cannot do enough for you and nothing is too much trouble. Location is great, close enough to walk to the centre of Ayia Napa but far enough away to not be in the heart of a very busy area. Nearby beaches are amazing.

My 16 year old daughter and I had a fantastic stay and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The hotel was spotless, comfortable, and very well maintained. The staff were all friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived.
A special mention goes to the owner, who was incredibly hospitable and genuinely cared about ensuring guests had a great stay. The food was also excellent—fresh, delicious, and beautifully prepared.
Overall, this was an outstanding experience in every way. Great accommodation, great food, and great people. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be returning. Highly recommended for a relaxing holiday!
