The overall experience was great. All the stuff were very polite and helpfull. I chose the deep tissue masaz. Giancarlo was super professional and made me feel very comfortable. The masaz was great and i would definitely recommend the aegeo spas and Giancarlo
Relaxation and beyond
It was just amazing beyond than my expectations! SIMONA 🤍 treated my so nice that it was completely relaxed and an amazing journey for me! Definitely am going do it again soon! Also they have a beautiful place for your relaxation time before and after the treatment
The worst hotel we have ever been.
The worst hotel we have ever been. The dirtiest hotel, I can't even imagine how it got its 5 star, it is not 5 not even 4 star hotel. The pool closes at 18:00 oclock but it is not dark till almost 20:00. Why they close I can't understand. Nothing for children in the evening. After 18:00 oclock kids room is closed. It is open during the day when everyone are at the beach or in the pools. Nothing for adults in the evening. Zero service. Sunbeds are 10 euro for every day. Towels are 10 euro. In the restaurant everything is very veryyyy dirty. For all inclusive they suggest water or smth to drink and they bring it with open reusable bottles. I don't know it is from the tap or no. And coca cola or juice you don't see where they bring maybe it is someone's leftover. Also if restaurant closes at 10 oclock they ask you to left your table at 10 oclock even if you didn't finished.Food is the same every single day.Bananas are not fresh, just black bananas. The half of the restaurant is closed by band. Also you should walk to the entrance for restaurant inside the building as the girl who is writing your room number stands there, but there are many entrances near but they are closed (someone thinks it is difficult to stand in the middle entrance).It is very inconvenient specially with kids. Overall don't waste your money and your vacation at this hotel you will be 100% disappointed.
