Christofinia Hotel

We had a very nice stay at Christofinia Hotel. The location is excellent, just a few minutes' walk from Nissi Beach, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The staff were friendly and helpful, the hotel was clean, and we really enjoyed the pool area. Breakfast had a good selection, although it became a little repetitive after a few days. The rooms could use some renovation and better soundproofing, but overall we had a great stay and would happily come back.

Dislikes:

• The breakfast buffet is disorganized and chaotic, offering the same types of food every morning even they do not have life fresh omelet cooking display which is basic to have in 3 stars hotel not a 4 stars even.

• They are not fair that they serve bottle of water only in the check in day unless we complained and argued then they served us “ if you stayed one night or more than one night finally you are paying the total cost of the night so it is not logical and so cheap to serve a water only in the first day of check in”.

• The bar tinder Ms. Tania was disrespectful and so rude ;

We were about to order lunch , so was asking how many prices of the chicken fillet in the portion and how big is it and also how many skewers of chicken souvlaki in the portion , the bar Tinder Tania she said I suggest the Pork chops , I said we prefer chicken because we do not eat pork she said emmm and changed her face and her attitude!!!, So we decided to order 2 portion of chicken souvlaki but with a miner change to of the French fries with rice instead , she claim that it is impossible while every where in Cyprus they replace the kind of carb which is side dish !!! , then she orders us to wait by the bar and choose a table claiming that if we be seated by the swimming pool no body will call us if the food ready and prepared on the table , she said that you have to wait here no body will wach up your meal while the swimming pool is directly in front of the bar any one can just give us signal we will be on the table then , so I said just tell me how long will take , we will be on the chosen table before the food reaching but she refused to take the order , so we canceled it . And we choose to leave the hotel have meal in a restaurant out of the hotel.

After that Mr. Costantino the Restaurant manager apologized for us and offer us a dinner and asked how can we make you happy we said that we like after tomorrow late check out because our flight at night and the dinner we can not take it today we decided to go out , he said you can take it lunch later on , I said then it would be the last day of our stay , he said ok I will talk to the management, the check out day the duty manger she said sorry we can not offer the lunch or dinner only the late check out 😳😳‼️‼️, which is do cheap and not mattar for them the guests happy or not , so bad low level services 👎👎 even though the receptionist lady provide us a form to sign in the time for check out claiming that we do not have any clue about the hotel and its services and they fulfill our happiness of our stay ‼️‼️, which is of course we refuse to Sing it of course because we never become happy of a such cheap low level of services at all.

Likes : *The Room offer an espresso coffee Machine.

• The location is perfect, couple of minutes walk to nissi beach , close to landa beach & Makronissos beach as well.

Finally : it is 3 stars Top Not 4 stars as rated
