We stayed at this hotel for two weeks with our family. We only booked breakfast because we had grown a bit tired of all-inclusive holidays from previous trips. We wanted the freedom to try different restaurants for dinner instead of feeling obligated to eat at the hotel simply because we had already paid for it.
The hotel’s location is excellent, with both Nissi Beach and Landa Beach within easy walking distance. There are plenty of restaurants along Nissi Avenue, and it takes about 30 minutes to walk to the centre of Ayia Napa. The staff were always friendly, helpful, and welcoming. However, in our opinion, the hotel feels more like a 3-star property than a 4-star one.
The room cleaning was unfortunately not up to standard. We were travelling with small children, and one of them accidentally spilled something on our bed. Instead of changing the sheets, the housekeeping staff simply made the bed. After a few days, we asked about it and were told that the bed linen should be changed every third day, but this had not happened. Our child had also smeared banana on the glass bathroom door, and it remained there for several days until we cleaned it ourselves. While parents should of course expect to clean up after their children, housekeeping should not ignore obvious dirt or stained bed linen. It gave us the impression that cleanliness was not a high priority.
The pool area was nice, and the pool restaurant was convenient. However, we were disappointed that the chicken souvlaki was made from frozen meat that was microwaved before being grilled. The menu clearly stated that the burgers were frozen, but there was no such information about the souvlaki. The food was also quite expensive, but unfortunately the quality did not justify the prices.
Overall, this is an average hotel with an outstanding location close to beautiful beaches and many restaurants. If location is your main priority, it’s a good choice. However, if you value cleanliness and expect a true 4-star experience, you may be left disappointed.
Nothing. The experience was ruined by a theft from the room and complete indifference from the hotel management. A valuable personal item (wedding ring) was stolen directly from our room (Room 351). The hotel management showed absolute zero empathy, refused to take any action, and did not even apologize for what happened. We had to file an official report with the Cyprus Police (Burglary and Theft report filed on 03/08/2026). Terrible security, unhelpful staff, and safety concerns. I strongly advise against staying here.
The staff are so friendly and warm, the hotel is amazingly clean. I had some money taken from by the pool and the staff went above and beyond to retrieve it. The only cons i have is that due to us being bed & breakfast, there are no kitchenettes in the rooms so if you have small children id advise against this board and also there is no nighttime entertainment for the children. All places we have been there is usually mini discos. Overall this holiday has been great!
Loved every day here!
We’re just leaving after an amazing two-week all-inclusive stay as a family of four, and we genuinely didn’t want to leave!
I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone. It’s modern, spacious, spotlessly clean, and has everything you need for a relaxing holiday.
Our family room was a great size, with a queen-size bed and two single beds. The air conditioning worked brilliantly, the shower was powerful, and the beds were really comfortable. Fresh towels were provided daily, along with complimentary bottled water, tea, and coffee.
The pool area is large, clean, and has plenty of sunbeds, so we never struggled to find somewhere to relax. The lifeguard also provides fresh pool towels each day, which is a lovely touch.
The daytime snack bar offers tasty options including pizza, burgers, nuggets, and toasties. There’s also an à la carte menu available for an additional charge if you fancy something different.
The buffet restaurant has themed evenings, and there was always a great selection of food to suit everyone, including fresh salads, fruit, meats, pasta, rice, and chips.
Every member of staff was fantastic—friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help, which really made our stay even more enjoyable.
There are three beautiful beaches within walking distance, giving you plenty of choice if you fancy a day by the sea.
We had a wonderful holiday and wouldn’t hesitate to return. Thank you to everyone at the hotel for making our stay so memorable!
Friendly staff, clean rooms, great service, excellent location and a fantastic breakfast with plenty of choices. We also loved the different themed cuisines offered for dinner every day.
