Lovely resort
Stayed here for +-two weeks, and I’m really going to miss this amazing place.
We had a swim-up room, with a beautiful swimming pool we had to share with a few others. Clean rooms, plenty of space and a nice shower. Every room is close by the swimming pool, bar or restaurant, so don’t worry about walking to much!
The food was delicious, with many diversity in meat, fruit, vegetables and deserts! We were planning to go out eating somewhere, but decided to just stay at the resort because it was to nice. They even have an Italian restaurant where you can eat once per week, which was also amazing! The bar is open till midnight, with many nice drinks and options. I also had some great chats with the bartender Sanjay, really nice guy! I would really love to see his own cocktail on the menu soon!
The people who work here are very nice, they like to have a chat and fulfill your wishes. We used both swimming pools, and they both had a nice temperature. The public pool was cleaner than the swim-up pool, but maybe that was just bad luck. The activities around the pool were also nice, almost everyday volleyball and waterpolo, what I really enjoyed!
I would recommend this resort to every family, friend group or people who just want to have a great time in Ayia Napa. In the evening there is live music around the bar and a great atmosphere.
A Hotel I Would Certainly Revisit!!
We stayed for 2 weeks at the hotel and couldn't find a fault!!
Beginning with the location, it was absolutely perfect. As photos suggest, it is right on the beachfront, only a 15-minute walk from Ayia Napa and a 25-minute walk to Nissi Beach.
The food was absolutely amazing, all very tasty and wasn't too repetitive, which seems to be the case in most other resorts. The Italian restaurant, which we had access to twice during our stay, was superb. The full table service made a really nice change from the regular buffet and gave a sophisticated fine dining experience.
Entertainment during the day was very good and not pushy like at other resorts. Carl especially was an amazing entertainer; he made time to meet me and my family on the first day and involved me and my brother in all the activities. Night-time entertainment was lacking some nights, but due to the perfect location, we would usually just go out for some drinks at local bars!!
Staff were absolutely amazing, and couldn't work hard enough or do enough for us during our time at Atlantica Sungarden. When we first arrived at 21:00, Sandip showed us to our rooms, was incredibly friendly and helped us massively when booking the Italian restaurant.
During dining, the gentleman in charge of Alicante restaurant (unfortunately, I didn't catch his name) gave excellent service, was incredibly friendly and even took the time to teach me and my brother the napkin art on all the tables.
Neta, who I predominantly saw in the main restaurant, was absolutely lovely. Every morning, she came and spoke to me during breakfast and worked extremely hard to give us the best experience during all meal times.
On the bar, everyone worked efficiently to make sure that the queue never built up too much. A special mention to Sanjay, who on the first night introduced me to his speciality, which I had every single day on the holiday. Make sure when you see him you ask for the "Sanjay Special"; would love to see it included on the menu on future visits ;)
Finally, the rooms were lovely. Very clean and spacious. We didn't have one of the pool rooms; however, by chance, we were right next to the pool, so the trek to the pool toilets was fortunately not a problem for us, but can see why others may have suffered because of it!!

We are currently staying at Atlantica Sungarden Park and honestly, we could not be happier with our experience.
From the moment we arrived, the hotel impressed us with its cleanliness, welcoming atmosphere, and well-maintained facilities. However, what truly sets this place apart is its exceptional team. Everyone is always smiling, friendly and genuinely happy to help. You feel a sense of hospitality where you don’t just feel like a guest; you feel welcome, almost like family.
I’ve heard many times that Cyprus is renowned for its hospitality, but I had never experienced it firsthand. Now I understand why!
🍹 Drinks & Service
The drinks are good, but it’s the staff who truly make the difference. They work incredibly hard, often in scorching temperatures, yet manage to greet you with a smile. You can see how much effort they put into ensuring guests feel comfortable.
🍽️ The Food — Made With Love
We’ve travelled to Turkey many times and stayed in luxurious hotels with multiple à la carte restaurants. Sometimes, honestly, it feels like there’s simply too much food and too much waste.
At Atlantica Sungarden Park, the approach is completely different.
The food here feels like it’s made with love. There’s plenty of fresh salad, simple and healthy choices, and the quality is exceptional.
The chef deserves a special mention. You can tell he’s genuinely passionate about his job. Whether it’s meat or fish, the sauces are delicious and what I particularly loved was seeing how happy he seemed when guests enjoyed his food. That passion truly shines through on the plate.
The snack bar is okay, but we usually went for the classic burgers and fries. 😄
The only thing I personally didn’t enjoy was the pizza, mainly because it’s made with gluten-free dough. ☺️ But that’s just my personal taste.
🏋️ And a special mention for Cal(sorry if is not the correct spelling) our amazing trainer!
We did daily aerobics with Cal, a fantastic trainer. Honestly, we’re usually the last people you’d expect to see doing aerobics, but his energy and positivity made us move far more than we thought possible!
Cal’s positivity and encouragement kept us going. I can feel every muscle today! 😆
Thanks, Cal, for making workouts so much fun – even when our muscles weren’t exactly thanking us afterwards! 😂
🌅 Our Room & The View
Our room has a partial sea view, and the sunsets are simply breathtaking. 🌅
It’s one of those views that makes you want to stop, sit down and simply enjoy the moment.
🏖️ The Beach & Nissi Beach
The beach is a 5-minute walk to the right of the hotel. Sunbeds are available and the views are stunning.
However, the beach is a bit rocky, so I’d recommend bringing water and beach shoes.
Then there’s Nissi Beach, about a 5-minute bus ride away. It’s a paradise! 🤩
White sand, turquoise water and that beautiful Mediterranean atmosphere – definitely a must-visit while you’re here.

Overall, we’re having a fantastic stay. What truly stands out is not just the hotel itself but the people who work here. Their smiles, hard work and genuine hospitality make a huge difference.
Atlantica Sungarden Park has given us exactly what we hoped for from a holiday in Cyprus: delicious food, beautiful views, lovely beaches and most importantly, people who make you feel truly welcome.

Loved it here
I can see why people come back! Great staff, the best I’ve experienced in a resort! From friendly check in reception staff to the waiters, cleaners, porters, maintenance team and bar staff. Just amazing and wonderful. A big shout out to the Tui reps, Carl and Melissa. Carl is brilliant and we enjoyed our aqua aerobics and fitness with him. Missing his enthusiasm already. Melissa helped us navigate the best days out and gave us solid advice. The best reps we’ve ever encountered. I am not one to repeat holiday hotels but this I’ll come back to! Don’t hesitate to book.
