I am returning once again in October and cannot believe people put bad reviews on.The hotel has everything you could want food great and drinks pools lovely only 2 minutes from the beach.Staff excellent entertainment could be better but everything is on the door step .Shop right outside and the bus stop to go into town.What more could anyone won’t

Fantastic hotel
We stayed for two weeks and had the most relaxing holiday.
We had booked a family room in the main building and as we were celebrating my husband's 50th Birthday. We were given a bungalow which had the most amazing sea view. We arrived late so didn't truly appreciate this until the morning. We had sandwiches provide in the fridge along with a bottle of water which was also a nice touch.
Location is fantastic as you can just walk down to the beach for a swim when you fancy a change from the pool. The harbour and main centre you can walk or get a taxi.
The main stars here are the staff who are always happy to look after you weather its the Reception Team, bar staff waiting staff or the cleaners.

Everything was wonderful. The staff was very friendly and always ready to help. Variety in food and drinks. Very good facilities like the panoramic pool with the amazing view of the endless blue.
Fantastic time at Sungarden beach
Visited with my fiancée. We had a wonderful time. Rooms were super clean, the view from our was facing the sea and it was superb. Food quality was excellent, the chef is really a master. The hotel manager is doing an amazing job as the hotel looks like it’s running very smooth. The staff is super kind and welcoming. Hospitality here is amazing. Highly recommended.
Perfect family hotel
We had a sea view room which was picturesque. Waking up every morning to the amazing view was worth the extra cost. The rooms were spacious and ideal for a family of 4. The pool areas were clean, lots of sun beds and you didn’t have to rush around early to find beds. We stayed AI and the food was great, we were there 2 weeks and didn’t feel like we were eating the same thing every day. All food was labelled vegetarian/ vegan with plenty of vegan options available. Vegan milks and butter available … if not out just ask. The chefs were amazing and friendly, happy to answer questions. The salad bowls at the pool bar went down a treat and they also did hummus wraps and falafel. Gym is small but has good equipment. You can walk into aiya napa from the hotel, it’s about a 15 minute walk.
