The hotel is located in the resort centre of Ayia Napa close to all attractions, local shops, bars, cafes and restaurants. Only 100 m from the beautiful white sandy beach, the picturesque fishing port of Ayia Napa offers a great range of options for an exciting day and night life.
This modern strand hotel, which was renovated in 2006, has a total of 148 rooms and offers very good service. It offers 24-hour reception, a safe, currency exchange facilities, lift access, a café, restaurant, conference facilities and parking. There is also a laundry service and bike hire available (subject to fees).
All elegant rooms have air conditioning/heating, an en suite bathroom with a hairdryer, satellite TV, a radio, fridge, safe deposit box, balcony and a living room area.
There is a swimming pool with a pool bar, a sauna, tennis courts, a gym, pool tables and minigolf. Aerobics are also offered (subject to fees).
Guests can enjoy a rich international and Cypriot buffet menu including soups, salads, cold appetizers, hot dishes and desserts.
Relax and unwind with massages, body treatments and facials. You can take advantage of recreational amenities such as a sauna, a fitness centre and karaoke. Additional amenities at this hotel include complimentary wireless Internet access, concierge services and an arcade/games room.
Our fourth visit here and the hotel just keeps on giving. Two new pools and two new restaurants. We were upgraded to the newer part with a twin room and large balcony. There is a very relaxed atmosphere up at the adult only pools, you can just sit back and totally chill. One bar and snack area were ideal instead of going down to the actual hotel itself. The best restaurant by far was the Italian”s lovely atmosphere and very relaxed. The Greek restaurant had an abundance of food and too many flavours going on. The Asian was good too, lovely setting on the rooftop. All in all a good holiday, we had some issues but emailed Ele directly and they were being dealt with. We still think there’s more to see from this hotel. Hopefully we will return.
We are just coming to the end of a beautiful stay at this hotel We booked a deluxe sea view room on arrival told we had a swim up roo. At first I was so excited but when we got in the room it just wasn’t for us. Although the room was beautiful wd didn’t have a view and other guests could swim right past our balcony. I asked to be moved to our original request a sea view and the reception staff were amazing so understanding and helpful and we were moved . The food is I would say the best for an all inclusive hotel that we have tried. We took advantage of all 3 themed restaurants Greek Italian and Asian and they were beautiful. Wonderful settings and amazing food and staff . The buffet restaurant had everything Fresh vegetables Beautiful salads Roast meats fresh fish Italian pastas pizzas Asian curries Gorgeous sweets Fresh fruit ranging from apples pears melon plums peaches even pomegranate. And that isn’t really everything Today is Sunday and we looking forward the the roast beef and Yorkshire puddings . The drinks are ok at the main pool bar but better at the new part in the couple of pool bars, Yhe only thing I would say we have missed is an inside bar where we could sit and have a nice glass of wine in a proper glass instead of plastic and my husband had missed his preferred drink k which is cider. The entertainment had also been good. I give this hotel 5 stars because it deserves it. The staff are amazing don’t forget to take a few euros they deserve a tip. Thankyou for a lovely stay xx
We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel and were particularly impressed with how spotlessly clean everything was. The whole hotel was kept to an extremely high standard, and our bedroom was modern, fresh and beautifully maintained, with none of the tired or dated feel you can sometimes find in hotels. Our room was cleaned thoroughly every day, with fresh towels provided daily, and the bed linen was changed around four times during our two-week stay. The housekeeping team clearly work incredibly hard, and the standard of cleanliness throughout our stay was excellent.
The swimming pool area was another part of the hotel that we really enjoyed. It was a lovely place to relax during the day, and the excellent staff at the pool bar made it even more enjoyable. They were friendly, welcoming and always happy to help, and the service they provided throughout our holiday was fantastic. The staff working at the snack bar also did an amazing job, especially considering how busy they could be. The food was freshly prepared, really tasty and always enjoyable, and we thought the whole team worked incredibly hard to provide such a great service.
There was a good variety of food available in the dining room throughout our stay, although we did feel that the choice of fresh fruit could have been a little more varied. The dining room staff work extremely hard and were always busy, so this is certainly not a criticism of their efforts. However, we did feel that the system for clearing and resetting tables could be improved. If you arrived a little later rather than at the beginning of the meal service, quite a few tables were often left uncleared or had not been reset after previous guests. This sometimes made it difficult to find a table that was ready to use. Perhaps a more organised system for clearing and resetting tables during service would make the dining experience run more smoothly for both guests and staff.
We also tried both the Asian and Greek themed nights during our stay and had lovely meals at both. The Greek meal in particular was incredibly generous – there was so much food that I simply couldn’t finish it all! The staff in the Greek restaurant were excellent too; they were extremely helpful and attentive and really added to an enjoyable evening.
The hotel is also ideally situated, particularly if you like having plenty of choice in the evenings. Whether you prefer somewhere quieter to sit and enjoy a drink or want something a little livelier with more nightlife, there is plenty within easy walking distance, so you really can have the best of both worlds. We also have to mention the reception staff, who were exceptionally helpful throughout our stay. We had a couple of queries while we were there and they were dealt with quickly and efficiently, which we really appreciated. One thing worth mentioning, particularly for families travelling with children, is that inflatables are not allowed in the swimming pool.
Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our two weeks at the hotel and would certainly recommend it to others.
Returned at the end of August with friends and family for a 2 week stay. From checking in to checking out everything was great. Explored the new annex part of the resort which was very nice, had meals in the new restaurants which also were very good. The main restaurant can get busy around certain times but we picked quieter times for our evening meals. Food here is also good with something for everyone. Both the bars provided good drinks and some great cocktails, team members here always so friendly and after a few visits would remember your order. We did find it busy some nights at the entertainment but always managed to get seated. The hotel is spotless with all pool areas cleaned every morning before the pools open, our rooms also cleaned daily beds made and fresh towels if required. We had another good holiday here at Santa Napa Resort and look forward to many more.
we have just returned from the atlantica santa napa resort i can only say myself & my wife had absolutely fantastic time location everything within easy reach fantastic staff who work so hard. The food was amazing in the restaurant and snack bar areas. there is a Greek al a carte restaurant also Asian and Italian the food was superb they are a must. Drinks great we were AI very good value the bar staff at the annex bar & the main bar were very good polite made you feel very welcome. The rooms are spacious and very clean all areas around the resort were very clean. All the staff from reception to bar staff and restaurant also housekeeping and the Manager Ellie work very hard to make your stay a memorable one. this is one of the best all inclusive hotels we have stayed at and would not hesitate to come back.
