The hotel is located in the resort centre of Ayia Napa close to all attractions, local shops, bars, cafes and restaurants. Only 100 m from the beautiful white sandy beach, the picturesque fishing port of Ayia Napa offers a great range of options for an exciting day and night life.
This modern strand hotel, which was renovated in 2006, has a total of 148 rooms and offers very good service. It offers 24-hour reception, a safe, currency exchange facilities, lift access, a café, restaurant, conference facilities and parking. There is also a laundry service and bike hire available (subject to fees).
All elegant rooms have air conditioning/heating, an en suite bathroom with a hairdryer, satellite TV, a radio, fridge, safe deposit box, balcony and a living room area.
There is a swimming pool with a pool bar, a sauna, tennis courts, a gym, pool tables and minigolf. Aerobics are also offered (subject to fees).
Guests can enjoy a rich international and Cypriot buffet menu including soups, salads, cold appetizers, hot dishes and desserts.

Hard to beat hotel
Once again having returned from in my view the best hotel in Ayia Napa for the 8th time I have to recommend its staff management & all round quality ! Each time we go it never fails to tick all the boxes. Cleanliness comfort & position to all local amenities. The choice of food all tastes catered for even a rooftop restaurant can be booked and varied including snacks (jiovanna) i think her name was is always happy to provide freshly prepared burgers salads more than any other hotels we've ever visited. Restaurant staff very attentive & helpful as always offer selection of wines & soft drinks & beers with lunch & dinner & barstaff second to none lead by Marios & Valerie who are always smiling happy to see you and serve a great variety of refreshments & tasty cocktails & three local beers to choose from while the other staff including Medich happily keep outside area clean & tidy all day & night & always happy to chat & reflect on how your day has been. Cleanliness of hotel is spotless bedding changed every few days & rooms cleaned & fresh towels daily. If there is any issue the reception staff have it quickly resolved as does Miss Eli who is always glad to see you return & often seen conversing with residents to make sure everyone gets the best out of their visit. Pool area is extensive but entertainment staff provide a good choice of things to do day & night including a good mix of live music games music to while away your stay but with an ideal location its not far from bars & clubs around Napa but far enough away to have the best of both lively & relaxing when needed. 5min from beach so sea breeze is helpful & rooms all have great a/c fridge kettle & hairdryers & pool towels can be provided for a deposit. All round comfort with an extensive choice of rooms including swim up rooms double rooms and standard rooms give great options & some fantastic views on offer. Only downside is greed & amount of waste of food and drink of some people who should be ashamed of themself & show some control rather than take 5,6,7 plates of stacked food them simply leave it behind once they are stuffed ! Bit long winded but can't say enough positive things about this hotel & would have to be crazy to go anywhere else when visiting ..like going home everytime !

What a fantastic hotel! The entire hotel is spotlessly clean and well maintained, the food is amazing, and the location is perfect—close to everything you need.
This is my second stay here in just two months, and it's ideally located for exploring the area. The staff are all incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the General Manager couldn't do enough for us on either occasion. Their exceptional customer service is one of the main reasons we keep coming back.
I would highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be returning again.

Our Fifth Visit – Already Looking Forward to Returning!
This was our fifth stay at the hotel, and once again we had a fantastic holiday. We have already booked to return in May 2027, which says a lot about how much we enjoy staying here. The biggest reason we keep coming back is the staff. Every member of the reception, restaurant and bar teams was friendly, welcoming and professional throughout our stay. Nothing ever seemed too much trouble, and they genuinely make you feel valued as a guest. They are a real credit to the hotel. The food throughout the hotel is excellent, with a wide variety of dishes available in the main restaurant, ensuring there is something to suit every taste. Everything was fresh, well presented and delicious. A special mention must go to the rooftop restaurant, which is an experience not to be missed. Not only does it offer breathtaking views, but the quality of the food is exceptional. It genuinely feels like dining in a Michelin-starred restaurant, making it one of the highlights of our holiday. The hotel has also invested in some lovely new areas, particularly the new swim-up rooms, which look fantastic. The pool area is great for families, and the atmosphere throughout the hotel is relaxed and enjoyable. Another great advantage is its location, with the beach just a short walk away, making it easy to enjoy both the hotel facilities and the beautiful coastline. There are a few areas where we feel improvements could be made. Some of the older rooms are beginning to show their age and would benefit from refurbishment. We also experienced issues with housekeeping during our stay, and there are a few maintenance items around the hotel that could be addressed. However, whenever we raised any concerns with reception, they were always polite, helpful and did their best to assist us. Overall, the positives far outweigh the negatives. The exceptional staff, outstanding food, excellent location and welcoming atmosphere are what make this hotel so special and why we continue to return year after year. With a little investment in the older rooms and some improvements to housekeeping, this hotel would be outstanding. We can't wait to return in May 2027!
Sadly underwhelming Experience of Sancta Napa
We have just arrived home this morning after a week’s stay at Atlantica Sancta Napa.
Overall our experience of the hotel was underwhelming. All of the staff were faultless throughout our stay and visibly very hardworking and friendly but we found other areas did fall short for us.
We are a family with a young child and stayed in one of the main building Superior rooms and we did find this to be quite substandard and a bit outdated. We did have issue with noise on several nights into the early hours from the guests in the neighbouring room to us (no fault of the hotel and when we reported this to them they did deal with it and advised to speak to those guests)
The food overall in comparison to previous hotels we have stayed in Cyprus wasn’t really comparable in quality / variety, snack bar was ok but we did struggle with the drinks we found to be very poor quality.
We must note that one evening they did set us up a table with a bottle of champagne in the restaurant one evening in celebration for my partners birthday along with a birthday cake which was appreciated. Also the pan Asian restaurant on the rooftop was enjoyable with the food being of a better standard and great service by the staff.
No issues with finding sun-beds round the pool even coming down at 9:30/10:00 onwards which makes a nice change to some hotels but still lots reserved by 8:00am.
We can’t really comment on the entertainment as we only really watched it one evening.
One evening they had 3rd party people in taking photos as guests went into the restaurant with the option to purchase packages afterwards, quite expensive around €55 for 7 photos / digital prints, we did like the photos although and did pay for a package but never received the photos digitally so beware maybe don’t pay cash!
Overall it wasn’t for us and we wouldn’t look to return.
