I had an super relaxing massage with Kiki. So professional and attentive and i really felt taken care of! Really recommend doing this while on vacation here!

Amazing hotel with wonderful staff
Stayed with my family and we had an absolutely amazing time, all the staff were friendly and helpful, they have so many children’s activities and shows we were spoilt for choice, sometimes even rushing back to the hotel from restaurants not to miss things. The kids highlight of the trip was the water slides, and for us adults it was the food & spa.

Don’t waste your money
We stayed at the Mare, Ayia Napa a ‘’5* resort’, from 24th August - 31st August 2026. We have to say we are extremely disappointed. I will start on a slightly positive note, the room was clean and basic. The bathroom was so small and not adequate for a family of four. The service is the worse I have experienced in any hotel. You could really tell they did not care and had not been trained properly. There were people drinking inside the kids cool, half eaten hot dogs and chips lying all over the side of the pool that had not been bothered to been cleared up. It was dirty. In addition there was a massive line for breakfast every morning. There was a leak from the ceiling in the breakfast room one day and I asked the lady to put a bucket down but she turned around and told me it ‘wasn’t her job’. We voiced our concerns on the second day and asked to pay for the night we spent and get a refund for the remainder of the holiday so we could go elsewhere. But unfortunately this message did not go anywhere and we were not contacted by management. Do not even bother calling reception from your phone in the room as they simply can’t hear you and end up putting the phone down on you. We never used the pool or the splash park, we ended up just using the ‘resort’ as just somewhere to sleep only and spent the days out at local beaches. Also, do not use your patio to dry your clothes as everyday the sprinklers come on and soak up everything. Save your money and do not book this hotel. We are extremely upset that we were so let down and didn’t get our money back

Perfect getaway!!!
The Mare is just a perfect resort where all your dreams can come true, from the second you enter it's like a dream, perfect getaway!! We ate in the bbbq, Italian restaurant Nico and of course at Estia the greek experience led by Adamos who made sure everything is great and we are eating properly and the food was amazing!! Don't miss Mare Aiya Napa!!!!
