This modern hotel enjoys a peaceful location, within 50 metres from the nearest sandy beach. The centre of the Ayia Napa is only a 5-minute walk away and restaurants, bars, shops and further shopping and entertainment opportunities are also located close to the hotel. This 3-storey hotel provides guests with a wealth of facilities, such as a snug seating area, a café and a souvenir shop. Furthermore, a bar, a games room, an air-conditioned restaurant, space for conferences and meeting as well as a public Internet terminal are also offered to hotel guests. The tastefully designed rooms come with an en suite bathroom and a furnished balcony which has views either over the inlands or out over the sea. Guests can relax in the swimming pool with children's pools or on the sun terrace with sun loungers and parasols.

Please think twice about this hotel
This hotel is now called Nelia sea breeze hotel, i have to say its the worst hotel I have ever stated at. Apart from the entertainment staff all other staff are rude and abrupt, the hotel pool area is dirty. The same big patch of sticky food or drink have been there all week. The noise in the hotel from 1am till at least 5am is outrageous you cant sleep between these times its impossible even with ear plugs. Spoke to reception 3 times to just receive shrug of the shoulders like what do you want me to do attitude. Bar staff are all rude and even if you just say hello or good morning they do not respond at all they just look through you. The beds haven't been changed at all in the week we were there. The bedroom floor hasn't been swept all week.. The only positive about this hotel is the entertainment staff are very smiley and friendly.. I do not recommend this hotel at all...

Excellent location...rooms spacious and room service daily.. staff very friendly..good choice of food although sometimes a bit cold but not enough to stop us from coming back..great holiday..thank you all

Anmaria Beach Hotel Ayia Napa
This was our 4th time staying at the Anmaria Beach Hotel and again we had a wonderful time, we were staying on an all inclusive basis and have to say all our meals were good with plenty of choice as was our drinks, this hotel is set in a very good location in Ayia Napa with a great poolside area, friendly staff and our room was always well serviced during our say, no sun bed wars never had any problem finding a sun lounger, this hotel is due to be refurbished over the closed season with a change of name too Nelia hotels have taken over recently.

Overall the trip was good
We liked the cleanness of the hotel and the staff was so sweet and polite. But the kitchen was not good, the variety of the foods, We also didn’t like that the drinks at the dinner were paid.

Lovely hotel, check-in and out was quick and easy.
hotel is just off the highroad, shops, restaurants and clubs all in walking distance.
family room had two bedrooms which were spacious, double beds in first room,with balcony over looking the pool and beach. second room had two small double beds
Rooms are clean and tidy.
Staff are polite, approachable, helpful and very friendly. Everyday of our stay Andreas greeted us at dinner, service with a smile and delightful conversation. Yiota was very friendly, always smiling and on the go but ready to help at any time.
Bar at the pool with sea view, paths near by takes you to diving spot MUSAN, only about 7 minute walk along a promenade.
Delicious food, dinner was a different theme every day, a bit of variety always good.
calm atmosphere overall not noisey, slept very well on my comfy bed. excellent value for money
