What an amazing hotel, best we have ever stayed in. From the staff to the food and facilities, everything was amazing. We had sea view rooms which were amazing but even if you don’t choose this option you will be looking over the water park of the hotel behind so good for people watching! The staff are next level, always so kind, professional and genuinely happy to help. Breakfast was amazing and the best we have ever had, the choice on offer is second to none. Choice of coffee brought to the table then able to order omelette's and the vast choice on offer is unbelievable. Pool area is outstanding with comfortable beds. Never a problem getting a sun bed at whatever time you arrived, even into the afternoon. Waiter service at your bed at the touch of a button. Towels for the pool are free and can be exchanged for fresh ones every day in the hotel shop. Spa facilities are free including indoor pool, gym and sauna. Tennis courts are also free to use, just need to be booked at reception. Location is good, approx 15 minute walk to the main Ayia Napa strip. Nearest supermarket is at the hotel next door which is approx 2 minute walk. Bus stop is also here and goes in either direction for €2 per person. Did big red bus tour to famagusta which was brilliant and also sunset boat trip with st georgious which was well worth doing. Do not keep looking and just book this hotel, you won’t regret it.

If you want a relaxing 5* experience for a holiday this hotel is for you. From the moment you arrive to when you leave you are treated like Kings and Queens. All the staff are amazing, nothing is too much trouble and you can see their sole goal is to make your stay brilliant and relaxing and they truly do this and more. Special thanks to Mrs Carmen for keeping our room immaculate at all times, how she did it so perfectly every time and so quickly I don't know. She greeted us with a morning and a smile each time we saw her. Also to Livia who greeted us when we went to the restaurant. By the end we felt like friends and her smile and truly welcoming personality shone through. All the waiting staff who work tirelessly each day with such speed and always so professional and truly make you feel special. The reception staff. Nothing is too much trouble. We left our bags due to a late flight. We were given a place for our bags, access to the spa with use of toiletries to get ready for the airport and we was told you are a customer until you leave the hotel for the airport. Very special service. The porter took us back and forth to the cases for us to get things with a smile each time. The hotel is beautiful and immaculate at all times. The floors gleam and the staff clearly work hard to ensure this is kept up. Our room was a sea view deluxe room. Room was brilliant, shower amazing and bed the most comfortable I've slept in at a hotel. Full of nice extras, self closing curtains, control panel for all combinations of lighting, plenty of plug sockets and wardrobe space. Mini fridge, free water daily, coffee machine, ironing board and iron, robes and slippers and a safe to name but a few. The sea view was breathtaking and amazing to wake up to. The sunsets in Cyprus are the most amazing I've seen. Cyprus is a relaxing, friendly country who have hospitality down to a tee. They life and breathe it. The pool is great and plenty of sunbeds that are very comfortable. Again immaculately clean with a nice pool bar. The beach is just across the road and is truly beautiful. Golden sands and clear blue water and not crowded. Buses are easy to use for cash, £2 Euros to anywhere we went. Ayia Napa centre about a mile and 5 mins on the bus. Protaras about 30 mins then other way. All have stunning beaches. Food was the best I've ever had abroad. We had half board and it was good quality, hot and with so much choice. Outstanding. There is nothing I can say negatively about this hotel and it's incredible staff. We would not hesitate to come here again and recommend to anyone.

This hotel is fanstastic all the staff are fab the food great and pool is excellent(ioanna)is a star
