It's our first time visiting the island......wow, wow, from stepping off the plane, arriving at the hotel....the trip has been perfect. Staff are five star !! Firstly, pool staff allocate you beds for your stay, give out towels, replenish water throughout the day, even move the sun umbrellas for you.(Michal wore a smile all the time, hardworking with fabulous customer service) Secondly, one member of staff that also stood out for the right reasons was a new recruit of the hotel team Sujan from the pool-bar team.
The Management must be so proud of the staff and customer service 10/10.

The culinary experience was simply outstanding. Every meal was beautifully presented, full of flavor, and clearly prepared with great passion and attention to detail. It was a real pleasure dining at the hotel.

At first glance, the hotel looks incredibly luxurious and beautiful, which makes the level of service even more disappointing. It is unfortunate that an establishment of this standard does not maintain the level of professionalism and hospitality one would expect.
I live in Levanda Hills and have passed this hotel many times. I had always been curious about it because it looks beautiful from the outside, so my friends and I decided to visit. We went to the reception and specifically asked whether it would be possible to purchase a day pass to use the pool and sunbeds. We also asked about making reservations at their restaurants, as they looked amazing. We were clearly told by reception that we could return the following day and simply pay for the day pass at the front desk.
The next morning, we made the journey back to the hotel based on the information we had been given. As soon as we arrived, we were met by lifeguards who were unfriendly, questioned us and made us feel uncomfortable simply for trying to enter the pool area. We explained that we had spoken to reception the previous day and then continued to the front desk with our friends.
Once there, the gentleman working at reception told us that purchasing a day pass was not possible. This was extremely frustrating, as we had specifically visited the hotel the day before to confirm this and had been told the exact opposite.
On our way out, we once again passed two lifeguards standing by the pool reception area. They simply stared at us without even saying goodbye or asking whether everything had been resolved. The entire interaction made us feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. The experience with the restaurant reservations was unfortunately no better. When we tried to make a reservation, we were directed to another reception area where there was nobody there to assist us. When we asked about it, we were simply handed a card and told to call to check availability.
The biggest issue is not that a day pass was unavailable. The issue is the complete lack of communication, professionalism and hospitality. How can guests be told by reception that they can return the next day and purchase a day pass, only to arrive and be told that this is not possible at all?
For a hotel that presents itself as a luxury establishment, the service was incredibly disappointing. A beautiful property alone is not enough to create a luxury experience. The level of service should match the image and standard the hotel is trying to represent, and unfortunately, in our experience, it did not.
We’ve had an absolutely wonderful stay at Amanti MadeForTwo in Ayia Napa and have to say that the staff throughout the entire hotel are fantastic. Everyone we have encountered has been warm, friendly, professional and genuinely seems to care about making your stay special. The level of service really does set this hotel apart.
We do, however, have to give a very special mention to Michal, who looks after the pool area. He has genuinely been one of the highlights of our holiday.
From day one, Michal has looked after us incredibly well. Always smiling, always friendly and somehow always one step ahead of what we might need! Fresh towels appeared without us having to ask, our umbrellas were moved and adjusted throughout the day depending on whether we wanted sunshine or shade, and he continually made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed.
It’s these little touches and this level of personal attention that make such a difference. Michal genuinely made us feel like VIPs. Nothing was ever too much trouble and, importantly, it never felt forced — he is naturally warm, attentive and clearly takes real pride in looking after guests.
Amanti is a beautiful luxury hotel, but what really makes it special is its people. The whole team are exceptional and Michal is a perfect example of the standard of service we’ve experienced throughout our stay.

This was our second visit to The Amanti and once again everything was spot on. The Hotel is beautiful and kept spotlessly clean. However, what makes it so special is the exceptional service delivered by all the staff. Everyone is so friendly and nothing is too much trouble. It's 10 out of 10 from us and we are hoping to return again next year.
