Excellent experience! The hotel has top-notch facilities, the room was spotless and very comfortable, and the service was absolutely outstanding. The staff were extremely friendly, polite, and helpful throughout our stay. The pool was beautiful and very well maintained, perfect for relaxing. The breakfast was rich, with a great variety of options and excellent quality. Overall, a wonderful stay that I would highly recommend and would definitely repeat!

We visited this gorgeous hotel in August just me and my husband. It was a short 4 night break (although we wish it was more!). We booked half board plus which I highly recommend as the food is stunning!. We had the choice of 2 al a carte visits in which we picked Port o Larna(our second was cancelled due to the freak weather!). We thought we were picking off the menu to realise you get served everything on the menu which is around 7 courses. The general buffet was fabulous, food lovely and fresh, hot and so much selection. We would like to thank Sachin for his excellent service during our stay, he really made us feel so welcome. We had a panoramic sea view on floor 5 which was again stunning. So spacious, 4 poster bed, fabulous sea views. There is everything you need in the room including a selection of Elmis products. The sea is only a short 5 minute walk away with gorgeous sandy beaches. I would highly recommend the coastal walk down to nissi beach! We had the couples signature message in the spa which was dreamy. We loved Amanti made for two and will certainly be back

What a fantastic hotel. First of all, we stayed in room 430. As it was our honeymoon, the hotel had upgraded our room and upon arrival they had put little extras in our room on top. In particular, what was truly touching was the card left by the staff, which was just really heartfelt and such a personal touch.

The cleanliness of the hotel is incredible throughout. The Rooms are always getting cleaned constantly and also upon request as well. which was a breath of fresh air. Even when requesting at night for the room to be cleaned, the staff cleaned the room. The cleaning staff were always polite and would say hello to you. I felt safe leaving items such as electronics not locked in a safe, which is the first time I’ve ever felt like I could.

It’s the first time I’ve been to a hotel with a pillow menu. There is also bottled water pretty much daily; I think there was only once it didn’t get replenished. There is an iron and ironing board in the rooms, which is amazing, slippers and robes, luxury toiletries, and the hairdryer is to a great standard.

Every night in the evening, you get left a very heartfelt card with a chocolate each. This added touch was actually something I looked forward to every day. These cards have been kept and brought home, and it’s little things like this that actually mean a lot to me. When the holiday is over, what is left is memories, and the fact the hotel does this creates such a warming touch. It’s little things like this that really add to the memories, and they are things you can take home and keep as little keepsakes.

We didn’t have breakfast every day, but it was the best hotel breakfast we have ever had. Plenty of choice and a great selection of fresh seasonal fruits.

I can understand some reviews regarding the sunbeds. If the hotel is busy, then getting a reserved sunbed is difficult, but the hotel will move you when a better one becomes available. It’s worth knowing that if you have a disability or hidden disability, sunbeds can be pre-booked. It’s something we didn’t know at the time.

The two male lifeguards who work at the pool are great. One is from Ukraine, but I didn’t catch where the other was from. They work hard and when they get to know you and your vibe, they come out of their shells a lot. They are an asset to the hotel and really stand out.

The pools are lovely and very relaxing. The indoor pool is cooler which is great if you have used the sauna.

We weren’t half board, but we did try Immenso restaurant, which wasn’t for us, but it was an experience and I am glad we got to experience it. Don’t let that deter you from a visit; it is worth a visit for the experience.

The hotel goes out of its way to make sure you have the best stay possible. This hotel has had a lasting impression on both me and my husband. The location couldn’t have been better either, with everything on your doorstep in the heart of Ayia Napa. The local beach is within walking distance and is such a lovely beach. Plenty of food places to try and two decent little supermarkets right outside the hotel.

There is nothing I can criticise about the hotel or about the staff at all. It’s an outstanding hotel with outstanding service. A big thank you to every one of the team who helped make our honeymoon so special. The hotel and its staff has made a lasting impression on me personally and we would 100% return and I would 110% recommend this hotel to others.
