Within your room, you will have a marbled bathroom with bathtub, mini-bar, safety deposit box, air conditioning, hair-dryer, and an LCD TV. You will also enjoy the additional bonus of free Wi-Fi within your room and a furnished balcony for relaxing upon.
Sporting facilities are aplenty for those wanting to stay active, with a floodlit tennis court, a wellness and spa centre and two swimming pools, there are plenty of ways to work up a sweat. If however you're looking to take it easy, the sun bathing terraces, TV area, animation team and luscious gardens will ensure you have more relaxing options at hand.
Dining and drinking won't be an issue, thanks to three restaurants that serve a delicious host of cuisines for you to sample. Three bars (two of which open from May-Oct) also provide a relaxing space to sip a cocktail or two and unwind.
Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.

A terrible hotel. First, they checked me in two hours late, and then, upon checking out on September 29, 2026, I left two dresses in the closet. I called the hotel the next day and continued calling for the following three days. Everyone who answered the phone promised to look into the matter. In the end, the dresses were not found. It turns out their cleaning staff steals items from the hotel. Never stay there if you want to keep your belongings safe.
Beware of being in the hotel annex - maybe the main hotel is ok, the annex is not. My bathroom was dirty. The shower pole fell off every time I took a shower. There is one useable electrical socket and it’s in a very inconvenient place. The rooms are ‘tired’. The lifts are ‘tired’ and food debris was left on the floor of one lift for most of a day. Sea view was mostly a view of air conditioning ducting. The hotel has so many guests that hotel facilities like pool, sun beds, parking and breakfast restaurant are overrun. A wedding/birthday took over t(e hotel one evening so it was actually difficult to get intothe entrance area. Took 45 minutes to check in - one check in terminal and one check in staff. In general the staff are miserable and demotivated. Hotel leadership are nowhere to be seen.
What a great hotel 4star all the way, the pool area was fantastic no need to rush down for sunbeds as always plenty to go round, we stayed for 2wks till the 20th September, rooms very clean staff helpful if you needed any help, apart from we ad a problem with the air con making a very loud noise the first night so went an reported it to reception the next morning no smiley welcome (thanks), said they would get someone to check it the next night was STILL noisy but not as bad so yet again off back to reception i went next morning to report it AGAIN an yet again I got a frosty welcome, im on holiday an i didn't expect this sort of welcome, the aircon was sorted but we ad 2 bad nights sleep an we never ever got an apology terrible, apart from that the food was great always plenty of choice, you also get the free use of the room safe were a lot of hotels charge you for it, hotel was in a great spot right on the beach perfect, the location wasn't really for us as when u went out in the evening there wasn't really a lot of bars close by it just felt like it wasn't really set up for tourists with was a shame because it's a cracking hotel, would we stay there again great hotel YES but the location NO, don't be put off by my review only me an my wife like a bit more night life than was on offer.
Hotel clean Room big and clean Pools and beach are enjoyable I also would like to give a big thumbs up to the staff and how they took a good care of my allergic baby. They were very considerate in preparing special meals for her because she has dairy allergy. That was a relief when being away from home. They made travelling with an allergic baby easier than how we thought. Big thanks and hugs to the staff wether the cheffs or the other staff. They dealed with her as if she was their grand child. So sweet.

I have been here only 2 days with my two younger children one of which has ASD. Hotel is beautiful and surroundings but have found the staff esp Willy at pool area quite rude. My daughter was having a meltdown at the pool and a staff member told her off o tried to explain she has Autism and he didn't understand what I was meaning. I had a guest also in another lanaguge mocking my daughter making her worse doing a cry baby aound she had children with her and hai and her laughing. This was first day - I also asked at the hotel place ago go eat I was advised not too much and a taverna down road which wasn't suitable. After walking 1.5 hours we didn't get far. Tui was helpful and advised for places for My 2md night - 2nd day however we did walk to a beach was nice then come to pool to have my 10 year old shouted at by lifeguard because she was jumping in pool. They jumped in all day the day before and no issue and this guy said no I asked why can they not jump in a pool in deep end all children do this! He told her you do again you're out of the pool. Never in my life have I heard anything more ridiculous for children to not jump in a pool. I've never felt ao uncomfortable in a hotel in my life. Would not recommend for families at all
