This luxury hotel is located in a tropical paradise: very close to the beach and surrounded by tropical gardens. The luxury is reflected in the decor and the quality of services offered to guests. All rooms are very spacious and cozy, plus bright. All rooms have private bathrooms with amenities, television, air conditioning and heating, safe, and many rooms have a balcony. Guests will also enjoy a spectacular spa, where, thanks to the body treatments you will relax and will rest on your vacation.
I stayed at the hotel for 11 nights just recently with my Daughter, Grandson and Grandaughter. From the wonderful welcome on arrival to the professionalism of the staff, the absolute cleanliness throughout the hotel, the fantastic lifeguards, the cleaning of our room, the attentive service of the waiters in the main restaurant, the efficient service of drinks by the pool always delivered with a smile, the lovely girls in the kids club where our children loved to spend some time every day when they became too hot, the beautiful roses champagne and birthday chocolate cake for my Grandson on arrival which he was so excited about it was a joy to stay here. There was no issue in getting sunbeds every day despite the hotel being very busy. The only thing to point out is it would be good to have a little more choice for younger children at the buffet and also the mini burgers which were delicious to have buns to go with them. The breakfast at the hotel is amazing. The Sunday Buffet was excellent which we had twice during our stay. All in all a fabulous holiday where the children enjoyed being in the pool every day and said they didn’t want to leave! The Amathus is the best of the best!
It was our first time staying at this wonderful resort! Our experience has been incredibly positive. From the service, the facilities and the high-quality functional rooms. What struck us most which seems to be very inusual in Cyprus, is how Greek the hotel experience is! As Greek Cypriots living abroad, it was refreshing to see that most customer-facing employees were Greek, and for those few non-Greeks that we came across, they could either speak/understand Greek. This hotel should be the benchmark for hospitality on this beautiful island.
We had a wonderful experience at the Amathus Beach Hotel! 🌴☀️ We spent a lovely day there and were incredibly well taken care of.
At the beach bar, Nini was very friendly, polite, and attentive. She really went out of her way to make us feel welcome.
We also had dinner at Atina Bar, where we were assisted by Yasmina. She was such a lovely, kind, and friendly girl! Her warm service and hospitality made our evening even more enjoyable.
A big thank you to Nini and Yasmina for the excellent service. We would definitely love to come back!
14th time here . It kind of gets better every year , if that’s possible ? As always Panayiotis Panayi is the most incredible host and has always looked after us each year without fail. Any requests you have are dealt with immediately, not that you will actually need anything as everything is provided and catered for. I would highly recommend this hotel for many reasons , I know it is expensive but what you get is impeccable. I hope Panayiotis will get recognised for his amazing dedication and top class service . We both loved this hotel – our 3rd hotel of our holiday in Cyprus and it did not disappoint!!! Incredible grounds, lush and green with an abundance of the friendliest cats we’ve ever met! Lots of pool choices, which were both salt water and spacious and also a private beach which was enjoyable to choose our swim each time. There is plenty of sunbeds to choose from as well. The staff were underwhelming. The pool staff were young, mostly friendly but a bit forgetful…. The staff on the deck in the evening - basically ignored us to order evening drinks and even get menus which was disappointing. The room was good, with a great view across the sea and the hotel grounds and over towards the main town in Limassol. The bed was a bit hard, but the room was spacious, good wifi, air-con was amazing, and we were very comfortable staying here. Please note that to get to the marina or the old town, you’ll need to book a taxi for the 20+ minute drive – however there are some restaurants and supermarkets outside the hotel. Overall we really enjoyed our stay here and definitely recommend this hotel for a stay in Limassol.
