A Place I’m Always Happy to Return To
I have stayed at the Sheraton several times, and it is definitely a place I am always happy to return to. The staff are very friendly, efficient, and professional.
I would especially like to praise the Front Office Manager, Mr. Igor, and his entire team. They are all extremely professional, helpful, and attentive.
The pool and spa area are excellent as well. The only thing I missed was a water dispenser in the sauna area, or at least somewhere near the pool, as having access to drinking water would be a great addition.
Overall, another wonderful stay, and I will definitely be happy to come back again.
Really nice hotel
We stayed in a Deluxe King, Guest room We Checked in 10pm due to flights / delays etc and reception was still open and seamless. The room was good Great king bed. Summer Comfy . Pillows were great. AWESOME shower, water Pressure and heat Ticked all our boxes for one night
Great Hotel, Great Food & Amazing Hospitality
Another perfect stay at the Sheraton Zagreb Hotel! The room was beautiful, clean, and comfortable, and the bed was incredibly relaxing. The check-in was seamless, and the staff were friendly, welcoming, and very helpful.
The breakfast was amazing, with lots of fresh and delicious options. The Italian restaurant also deserves a special mention the food was absolutely delicious! The bar had a lovely, peaceful ambience, and the bartender was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making it a great place to relax and enjoy a drink.
The hotel is also within walking distance of the city centre, which makes it very convenient for exploring Zagreb.
Overall, an amazing hotel with excellent service, great food, and a relaxing atmosphere. I would definitely recommend it and would happily stay here again! 😊🏨🇭🇷✨
