We had a very pleasant stay at Valamar Tirena. The hotel is in a beautiful, peaceful location, close to Dubrovnik, with clean and comfortable rooms and a great breakfast.
The staff were friendly and professional throughout our stay. A special mention to Vicko, the hotel director, whose personal approach and genuine care for guests really stood out.
Overall, a great experience and a hotel we would happily return to!
We didn't actually stay in Valamar Tirena, we stayed in their sister hotel Lacroma BUT we used Tirena pool as it catered more for kids.
The staff at Oliva grill are brilliant and the food is STUNNING. Definitley reccomend both hotels
Amazing stay so far, had an issue with booking and manager Nino came out and resolved it in couple minutes. Really apprecitate giving us stress free stay and vacation!! Hotel offers amazing breakfast to start the day, hotel is located close to the city and again at a very peaceful location. One of the best hotel staff I have encoutered!!
I don't even know how many times I have come to this hotel, but every time I come I always feel better and better, I feel like at home and I have to admit, even better, the hotel Valamar Tirena Dubrovnik is in a great location, when you enter the door, everything is clean and shiny, and at the reception you are greeted by wonderful people who welcome you professionally and with a smile, as always, and that's why I'm happy to be there again.
They have an excellent guesthouse restaurant where breakfast and dinner are served, the food is really excellent, I always put on a few extra kilos, but I don't complain, what will I do when the food is good and when I like to eat, but the best thing is that you are served by wonderful young people who do everything to make you feel good and enjoy the food and drink, thank you
I also have to praise the bar located in the hotel. There are various cocktails that professional employees make very well and they do it with a lot of heart and smile and it's always fun for me to stay there because it's really great to enjoy cocktails and live music that is also present.
there is also an open pool and next to the pool a bar and a la carte restaurant where the food is also excellent from pizza and various dishes to juicy ice cream..
I also have to say that the room I was accommodated in because I am a disabled person is really beautiful with very clean sheets and a bathroom that is fully adapted for people like me
and when you lie down in a soft and comfortable bed, I always sleep like a baby, even better than at home.
and finally, as a disabled person who sometimes needs help and attention, I have to emphasize one important thing, and besides the fact that this is a beautiful hotel, very clean, with beautiful food, drinks, good entertainment and everything that a guest can get and really enjoy, I am actually amazed that this hotel has extremely wonderful people with big hearts who are always ready to help every guest, including me, and to be there for me whenever I need it and do everything to make my stay the best every time!!
but I am sure of one thing that I will come back again next year because in this hotel I found my peace, attention and kindness provided by these wonderful people who work in this hotel!!
