Located in the green oasis of the Babin Kuk peninsula, the hotel is just 250 m from the beach and 15-minutes from Dubrovnik Old Town. Dubrovnik Airport is at 23 km from the property. Guests staying at this spa resort can breathe in the salty fresh air from the Adriatic Sea and sense the exclusive atmosphere of Dubrovnik. The hotel offers spacious rooms, equipped with air-conditioning, TV, kettle, safe, balcony or terrace and bathroom with hairdryer. Guests can take a dip in the outdoor swimming pool or just relax on a sun lounger with umbrella. In the heart of the resort there is a huge conference centre designed especially for conferences, presentations and exhibitions. There are also 7 additional meeting halls and the hotel's experience of providing top quality organization.
Had a beautiful meal here with my husband on the final night of our trip, what a wonderful experience to end our trip.
We had the 5 course menu & every single course was delicious & incredible to look at.
The restaurant is well laid out with fantastic views. The staff are friendly & attentive- Azer looked after us very well.
I would definately recommend dining here.
From the minute we set foot in Valamar Lacroma we felt so welcomed by Gabrijela at the front desk (she is amazing!), everyone down to the Balinese housekeepers are so friendly and nice (something we have quickly realised isn’t overly common in parts of Europe!). The hotel and amenities are lovely, it is a quick walk down to the beach and the buffet breakfast is top notch. We loved it here so much we decided to stay an extra day before continuing our European travels! Thank you for such a wonderful stay!
We had an excellent stay at the Valamar Lacroma. We visited in August 26 and stayed as V Level guests as a couple. The room was serviced immaculately and had everything we needed. A really nice touch, was the reed diffuser. We picked the scent we liked and it lasted all week.
A big highlight for us has to be the à la carte dining in the Momenti restaurant. This was by far the best dining experience we have ever had. The food was superb and the service faultless. The dining experience was made even better by the exemplary service by Azer, always friendly, and professional. Breakfast was also amazing and Katharina was so helpful. Always greeted us with a smile and a wave and shared lots of local information about the area, buses into the Old Town and the Promenade.
We also met Zoran who told us all about the exquisite dining area and we promised we would be back…….and we will! We have booked to return next year.

Real joyful experience. Great staff, excellent service, tasty food and lot of possibilities for recreation in the hotel as well as outdoor.
People who leave rubbish reviews on this hotel need to put themselves in a time out!
Our first time staying at Lacroma and I CANNOT fault this hotel 1 bit. There was 2 adults & 1 child.
The restaurant doesn't really cater for children of an evening BUT the chef had no problem in making my son food catered to a 3 year old which was 5 star service!.
Every staff member was friendly and helpful.
All the restaurant staff work so hard in clearing plates etc very quickly so hats off to them!
Breakfast was another level, literally everything you could think of they had, AMAZING.
The number 6 bus it at the top of the road so 1 minute walk and goes straight into the old town for €2.50 each.
Maro world was 10/10 too, which is exclusive for Valamar guests and we were there every night of our holiday & catered for all child ages.
We did go to the Tirena outdoor pool to use as this had slides etc but used the indoor pool at Lacroma which is huge.
We have never been so relaxed on a holiday thank at Lacroma. Even though Tirena is more catered to children I would still choose Lacroma just because of the service alone.
The beach is a 5 min walk away, yes it's pebbles but I preferred this to sand.
We caught a water boat from old torn to Lokrum island which is a must and also the panoramic restaurant which you catch the cable cars to, this is also a must but pre book.
The bed OMG the bed, so comfy. The views from our balcony were stunning, best sunset views.
We are already looking to re book!
