Great restful trip
Fantastic hotel, staff were attentive but not intrusive. Rooms are well appointed and housekeeping tided and changed towels daily. Good mix of close things to do and bus stop outside hotel straight into the old town.
Hotel with incredible service
Well we had a very unexpected visit to this hotel but the way they dealt with the airports failure was incredible. The absolute best part of the hotel was the lobby bar with the incredible bar staff especially the lady who made absolutely fantastic drinks and served so efficiently and was so lovely. This when we were panicked about getting home was exactly what we needed with the calm and comforting atmosphere.
Brilliant Service
This is my 3rd visit. The standout member of staff for each visit has been Filip. He is so professional and friendly. Nothing is too much trouble. He is always ready with a smile and a drink suggestion. He is an asset to the organisation.
