Rixos Premium Dubrovnik offers you an unforgettable holiday experience in a region rich in historical, cultural and natural beauties. Surrounded by the exciting and spectacular landscape of the Adriatic Sea and the mesmerising history of Dubrovnik, Rixos Premium Dubrovnik is perched high on a cliff. One of the most elegant and beautiful Mediterranean cities with a rich culture and proud heritage, the magnificent walled medieval old town, a short walk from the hotel, is breathtakingly beautiful. The hotel's design means that many guestrooms offer panoramic views and exceptional restaurants and bars take advantage of the warm days and balmy evenings. The Rixos Premium Dubrovnik is 1.6 kilometres from the historic old town and 23 kilometres from Dubrovnik Airport.
We had a wonderful stay overall and the location is fantastic. The hotel itself is beautiful, with clean, spacious rooms that were serviced every day. It is also just a short walk from Dubrovnik Old Town, making it an ideal base for exploring the area.
The staff were always friendly, welcoming and helpful throughout our stay, and the quality of the food was generally very good.
There were, however, a few areas that fell below the standard we expected from a hotel of this quality. Several of the communal toilets had broken doors or were out of order, and the showers by the pool and sports area were poorly maintained, with empty shampoo and body wash dispensers. On two occasions, meals served in the lobby restaurant arrived cold. Around the pool, there also didn’t seem to be enough staff available, which meant it was often difficult to get drinks without waiting.
Despite these issues, we had a lovely holiday and enjoyed our stay. With a little more attention to maintenance and service in some areas, this hotel could easily match the high standards suggested by its beautiful setting and facilities.
Had an amazing stay at this hotel in June. From being checked in by the lovely Diana with a glass of prosecco, a great start to the holiday. We arrived early and were lucky enough that the room was ready for us and wow what a room and an amazing view. We booked a superior sea view room and so glad we did, it was so spacious and spotlessly clean, the young girl looking after our room did an amazing job. We have to mention the breakfast, a fantastic selection and variety in lovely surroundings. We loved eating breakfast outside every morning with the breath taking views overlooking the Adriatic and one of the highlights was Shiva cooking the most amazing omelettes at our table. Outside areas are great, the pool and also the lovely rocky beach is fab. Its difficult, at times, to find a sunbed, lots seemed to have towels on but no one present for very long periods of time. Quite often we walked 5 mins from the hotel over to Bellevue Beach to swim and watch the amazing cliff jumping. The hotel is about 20 mins walk to the old town which is stunning and there are some lovely restaurants close to the hotel, would highly recommend Marangun Restaurant for traditional Croatian food, it was so good we ate there twice, would highly recommend the Ox Cheeks and the Octopus dishes, not on the same plate though. All in all Dubrovnik is a fantastic place and we cant wait to return next year and explore more while staying at The Rixos hotel again
Absolutely loved this hotel especially away from the busy town . Lovely sea view rooms ,plus nice sunbathing area with pool. Breakfast was good included mimosas and chocolate strawberries. Best pizza in the pool area restaurant and seafood . Did the GOT tour while here was brilliant . Panorama restaurant was worth the hype with stunning views that you can get the cable car to Would most definitely recommend Rixos brand hotel
We’ve had high expectations and unfortunately it was a huge letdown. There’s nothing premium about it. The room was absolutely appalling, outdated and dirty, overlooking some dodgy side buildings. Our stay at Ibis Gatwick was a dream compared to this one. Unlike at other Accor properties loyalty is non existent, at arrival there’s a priority welcome desk for Accor members which we queued at but no one bothered to attend. Breakfast was great, but considering it’s a premium hotel it was nothing special.
Premium? I dont think so, air conditioning was not working for the whole period of 7 days, awfull.
