This charming hotel is located within walking distance of the Old Town and well linked with other areas of the city by public transport. The city walls are about a 10-minute drive away, as are the central bus station and Banje Beach. Dubrovnik Airport is around 26 km from the hotel. The hotel offers spacious and bright rooms, equipped with LED TV, air-conditioning, minibar, tea and coffee facilities, safe and bathroom with a bathtub or a shower, hairdryer and toiletries. Most of the rooms feature partial views of the Adriatic Sea. Guests can enjoy at the outdoor swimming pool or simply relax on a cosy sunbed with cocktails.
Be sure to enjoy recreational amenities, including an indoor pool, a sauna and a fitness centre. Additional amenities at this hotel include complimentary wireless Internet access, concierge services and a hair salon. Guests can catch a ride to nearby destinations on the local area shuttle (surcharge).
Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.
This is really a 3 star hotel. The rooms are clean. You have to ask for wash clothes. Only one bottle of water provided in the room and it is not replenished. Save your bottle to refill with tap water at the bar. This morning we were at the bar to refill our bottles with water. This was 6.58 am. The bartender was there clearing tables. He wouldn’t fill the bottles until it was 7 am because that’s when the bar opens. There were no customers around and there was no reason why he just couldn’t give us water! Anyway 7 am he grudgingly gave us water.
The front desk staff could be warmer, have a welcoming smile and radiate positivity and be less rigid. . They just look at you and cannot greet. For example, “good morning how can I help you?” I feel they barely tolerate their guests. The staff need additional training in guest satisfaction making sure every guest feels valued and welcome.
Would I book this hotel again? No.
Just back from a 9 night stay. We were really happy with this hotel. Spacious room, plenty of storage space and bonus points for an adjustable/moveable shower head (which as a female is always appreciated!!). Bed was very comfortable.
Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet was plentiful and the restaurant was never overcrowded. The Piano Bar is excellent in both staff and food/drink quality.
The location is great for both the old town and Lapad, with bus stops each way close by.
The pool area is small so sometimes loungers were unavailable if you went along in the afternoon (didn’t cause us a problem personally).
Would definitely stay here again.
Perfect hotel- couldn’t ask for anything to be better! We stayed with half board- the choice and quality of food for breakfast and tea is exceptionally well prepared and delicious.
Our room was comfortable, very clean and had the benefit of quite (much needed) air conditioning! The room was attended to daily with fresh towels etc whilst we had breakfast! Very quiet on a night- we had a good nights sleep.
Lovely clean swimming pool area with poolside drinks service and fresh towels. We had no problem accessing a sun lounger for a couple of hours each day.
Location is fabulous. Easy / regular bus service to the old town and attractions.

We stayed overnight at this conveniently located hotel. We were greeted warmly at reception, and check in was easy & efficient. The atmosphere is of a busy travellers hotel, but the front desk team & the team in the Piano Bar & restaurant were friendly and very helpful. We had a lovely executive room, clean and comfortable. The shower was a highlight! A #4 bus with a stop just steps from the hotel takes you straight to the Pile Gate in the Old Town. We enjoyed a delicious lunch in the Piano Bar, food & drinks were great value for money here. Highly recommended.
great location superb staff had an issue with my room and they moved me next day to penthouse unbelievable i was a bit tired and irritated but they made my day
