This is a newish property, well maintained with happy and efficient staff. The location is reasonable if you are about to join a cruise and is within walking distance of the old town
Great property, would recommend as it is close to town and the port. Breakfast was nice, and staff too.
Location, it’s close to old town Dubrovnik and we walked there. Staff very polite and very helpful, ready to help with anything that may be needed. The hotel, as always, is very clean. Breakfast is very good, plenty and of quality. I recommend always this hotel and will return back again and again.
Location very convenient Atmosphere fine Room this was perfectly adequate Value reasonable Cleanliness 10/10 Noise level 10/10 Service 10/10 Amenities 9/10
The downstairs area is well presented - attractive outdoor and indoor seating areas. Nice staff. Breakfast is all self service but the hot options could be better. Coffee is average. We had a junior suite with balcony. I didn't realise that this meant that two of us (family of 4) were sleeping on a sofa bed. Not recommended as it creaked all night. Also, the air conditioning in the living room area where the sofa bed was situated kept reverting to 25 degrees. I was told at reception that we have to call them to ask for this to be adjusted - bit late to be told the next morning - they could easily put a sign beside the controller. Although the overall suite was a decent size, the beds had very little room to move around them. The sofa bed was set up in advance, so the suite looked a little ugly on entry. We thought that it was very expensive for the room / level of comfort that we had.
