Best location of the cities hotels for access to the old city. Stunning hotel, great service. Concierge arranged private car tour of the main viewpoints - for cheaper than the price on aviator or GetmyGuide. Rooms a good size and well appointed. No need to pay extra for executive or sea view room unless spending all your time in your room. Large indoor swimming pool which was never busy. Main restaurant menu not very family friendly, but concierge had several excellent local dining recommendations.
Fantastic location, impressive building, delightful staff. we received a room upgrade (with partial sea view) and enjoyed inclusive breakfast and access to Lounge, including drinks and canapes from 5pm. All the sights we wanted to see were within walking distance. An all-round excellent hotel
A lovely hotel. Very nice food. Beautifully clean. Really enjoyed the swimming pool. Staff extremely friendly and efficient.
The hotel is very close to the old town of Dubrovnik and easy walking distance of all the main city attractions. The public areas of the hotel are extensive and very comfortable. There is a large outdoor terrace and restaurant which is very pleasant in the evening. The staff are delightful; friendly and helpful. The pool is indoor but there are ocean swimming area which the staff can direct you to. We had a room facing the ocean which was lovely. Breakfast buffet was very good with many choices as well as à la carte ordering. Dubrovnik is very crowded which can be overwhelming at times but the hotel is a great escape.

Lukrecija arranged two amazing daytrips with Bluebay/driver Amir. 1) Bay of Kotor, with Verige Viewpoint, Perast/Lady of the Rocks. 2) Ston, Korcula, and wineries KortaKaterina & Milos. She provided us info on ferries to Sudurad Sipan and contacts at wineries Green Captain and Daničić to arrange wine & olive oil tastings.
Also, we had a fabulous old city tour with "Walk with Vesna" .
The hotel generosity completely wowed us throughout our stay. Our room Diamond Upgrade Seaview Suite was remarkable! The Diamond breakfasts and Executive Lounge were superb. Huge thank you to Paula/team for the provisions and helping me avoid food allergies.
The exceptional professionalism and kindness from all team members truly made our time in Dubrovnik unforgettable. We hope others enjoy the Hilton Imperial Palace and the Dubrovnik areas as much as we did!
