Why We Keep Returning to Sunny Dubrovnik
In the last two years, this has been our fourth stay at Sunny Dubrovnik—twice last year, twice this year, and we have already booked our next stay for next week! Our whole family absolutely loves this place.
It is a fantastic family- and kids-friendly resort, with a large swimming pool that our granddaughters absolutely love. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable.
The staff are incredibly friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. They always greet you with a smile whenever you pass by. A special mention goes to Josip, the manager, who has been amazingly friendly, professional, and helpful. His staff are equally wonderful, and this is one of the main reasons we are so happy to keep coming back.
And of course, the food and drinks are another big plus, especially with the all-inclusive option.
We strongly recommend Sunny Dubrovnik. It is simply an amazing place for a family holiday, and we can't wait to return again next week!
A lovely stay at Sunny Valamar
We had a wonderful stay at Sunny Valamar and would happily come back! The cleanliness was excellent throughout our stay. The staff were always helpful, smiling and friendly, and made us feel very welcome. The food was also very good. Four meals a day are included in the All Inclusive package, and there was a great variety of food throughout the week. Everyone in our family could always find something they liked. The pool area is lovely, and there is a beautiful beach just a short walk away. The hotel is especially great for families with children, with so much to do – billiards, table football, swimming pools, basketball, volleyball and more. Maro World is also nearby and included in the All Inclusive package, which is a huge bonus for families. Some parts of the hotel do show their age, but everything was kept very clean and well maintained, which more than made up for it. We had a lovely holiday and made so many good memories here. I would happily return. Thank you, Sunny Valamar, for a wonderful stay and some very special memories! ❤️

Worth a visit
A beautiful place. Staff have been helpful and friendly.
Rooms are clean.
We really enjoyed the good.
Short walk to the beach, 20 mintue walk to the harbour, number 6 bus can take you to Old Town for €2.50 (single ticket).

We had a wonderful stay at Sunny Dubrovnik by Valamar! The hotel has a great atmosphere, friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms, and a beautiful location. Everything was well organized, and we really enjoyed our time here.
A special thank you to Anna, the manager, who was extremely helpful, kind, and attentive throughout our stay. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for us and was always ready to help with any questions or requests.
Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would definitely recommend Sunny Dubrovnik by Valamar to families and anyone looking for a great place to stay in Dubrovnik. We would be happy to come back again! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Ask for a balcony when booking
We have just returned from 10 nights at the hotel, the hotel is spotless at all times, the cleaners are around constantly making sure everything is pristine. The pool area is lovely and always sunbeds that are free, plenty of drinks to chose from on the all inclusive option. We ate breakfast and lunch at the hotel, always plenty of choice for everyone, we decided to explore the local area of Lapad and Dubrovnik in the evenings and ate there. Our only moan would be the room, for 2 adults and a teenager it was very small with no balcony so very difficult to try towels.
