This hotel is set on a 30m-high cliff on Miramare Bay, boasting some of the most spectacular panoramas of the Dalmatian coast. It is just a 15-minute walk down to Dubrovnik Old Town - UNESCO's World Heritage. Dubrovnik Airport is 22 km from the property. This complex offers 91 rooms, individually designed to provide pampering home-away-from-home comfort. Each room comes equipped with air-conditioning, flat-screen TV, safe and en-suite bathroom with hairdryer and toiletries. The hotel features a mini gym looking out onto an indoor swimming pool as well as wellness and spa centre with spectacular views over the cobalt-blue sea. Guests can also go down to the bottom of the cliff to lie back on a pebble beach and soak up the hot Mediterranean sun.
Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.
We have just returned from a night stay at this hotel and it exceeded expectations in every way. The location, the views, the facilities and the food. But what made this hotel stand out even more were the staff, every interaction was friendly and positive. This was the perfect place to celebrate our Silver Wedding Anniversary.
My wife and I stayed here on 5th floor (same as check in floor) and all units hang on the cliff. Great spa facility that we took advantage of. We also spent two days at their beach directly below which was lined on both sides with cliffs. We had lunch twice at restaurant on the beach which was great food.
We enjoyed our stay at the Bellevue with its beautiful view of the Adriatic Sea. Our room was clean and comfortable and the hotel had a modern feel. We enjoyed dinner at the hotel restaurant outside on the patio. The hotel is built on the side of a cliff, with the lobby being at street level on the top floor, with rooms beneath. The beach access is via elevator.
Great experience! Easy walking distance to Old Town and access to beach below made this a great place to both relax or start an excursion. Service was great and buffet was really good.
Excellent, spacious rooms with beautiful views made for a very comfortable stay. The beach can be busy with locals, but hotel sunbed raised area still maintains a private feel, and throughout our 7-night stay there were always plenty of sunbeds available. There’s a great choice of lunch options at the beach bar — all of the staff are excellent, but a special mention to Anthony, who was incredibly welcoming and attentive. When John Paul was supervising the sunbed area, his attention to detail really stood out, even setting umbrellas perfectly to suit your preference. He would be an excellent choice for a permanent supervisory role in this area. We spent most evenings exploring the Old Town, so only dined in the hotel restaurant on our final night — opting for the tasting menu. What an excellent decision that was.
