Maybe our expectations were too high
We had an amazing experience at Hotel Park in Split. The hotel is ideally located near the beach - a great place for a morning or evening walk, within walking distance of several excellent restaurants and of Old Town. The breakfast buffet offered a great variety and we were especially pleased by the coffee machine where we could make a variety of coffees without waiting! Our stay in Split was extended for several days due to a medical emergency and the care and concern of the staff was extraordinary. They took care of everything we needed including arranging a ride to Rovinj to meet back up with our tour group. I must make special mention of Misla and Roko at the front desk for all they did to make sure we were taken care of and Luka who kept us safe and entertained for our entire 5 hour drive to Rovinj. They made a potential disappointment a delightful adventure.
Wonderful hotel with view over the sea from the restaurant and some rooms. Excellent breakfast is served with fruit plate and champagne. Everything very clean. Nice staff, too.
The staff here was so attentive and great. Amazing breakfast with buffet AND à la carte options. Small but beautiful pool and terrace area. Nice clean room. Walking distance to downtown
Perhaps the worst five star hotel I’ve stayed in. The room was definitely the smallest I’ve ever stayed in regardless of stars. I had to move furniture around to even open my suitcase. The single bed was pushed up against a wall and I could barely get out of bed without running into my suitcase. Just awful!
