This truly majestic hotel is located on a 600 acre beach front. Jade Mountain’s unique architecture perfectly complements St Lucia’s stunning natural beauty. The 29 luxury suites are called sanctuaries which each include an extravagant private infinity pool. Aside from the serene atmosphere, Jade Mountain offers plenty for the adventurous types. Including 4 restaurants, 3 bars, top grade spa, PADI scuba diving centre, water sports, 12 miles of biking/hiking trails, sailing, 3 boutiques, library and art gallery.
Pamper yourself with a visit to the spa, which offers massages, body treatments and facials. If you're looking for recreational opportunities, you'll find an outdoor pool, an outdoor tennis court and a fitness centre. This resort also features complimentary wireless Internet access, concierge services and gift shops/newsstands.
Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.
Truly the best hotel to stay in St Lucia, went for the honeymoon, the hotel, the food, the rooms, and the views are insane, but nothing compares to the staff and the hospitality and service you get in this place from the kitchen staff, butlers especially Al, duty manager and guest services managers, Della and Lucia, I would recommend anyone coming for thier honeymoon to St. Lucia to stay there.
We travel a lot! We have stayed in some beautiful hotels in Africa, Asia, europe and Central, South and North America of which many had magnificent views from the room however, NOT one of them compared to The Moon Sanctuary we stayed in for 4 nights at Jade! From the food to the beach, staff, drinks, housekeeping, butlers, management , room service and everything and everyone else in between this a bucket list hotel for anyone looking for the ultimate Caribbean St Lucia experience!! We loved our stay here. One final thing is that when a couple of little things went awry the way the hotel and staff dealt with it was top notch…….we will definitely stay here again some time in the future. HIGHLY recommended.
My wife and I stayed eight nights in Jade Mountain in July 2026 and everything was top shelf. The room might be the star of the show - we were upgraded from a Moon sanctuary to a Galaxy sanctuary (no idea how that happened but I am very very grateful!) - it was spectacular, unlike any other place we have ever stayed. The view was extraordinary and the in-room infinity pool was a tremendous luxury.
Everything other than the room was equally great - the food is off the charts, the beach is beautiful, every excursion we went on was very enjoyable (def do the chocolate tasting with Daniel, and the tour of Emerald Estates with a three-course meal prepared in front of us by Chef Salvator was fun and delicious), and Jade Mountain's reputation for customer service is well-deserved. St Lucia itself is a great place to visit - if you can visit and stay at Jade Mountain do not let that opportunity pass you by.
Only drawback my sife and I can come up with is where do we go for vacation after this? I know this review sounds like a paid infomercial, but it was genuinely that good.
You won’t find a more magical resort in the Carribean, and we’ve been to a few. Jade Mountain is top notch!
Our stay at Jade Mountain was truly exceptional. From the incredible views to the service, food, and people, this was easily a five-star experience.
Sergio, the restaurant manager, did an outstanding job, and Al, our butler, was amazing. He went above and beyond throughout our stay, even arranging a room upgrade for us, which made an already incredible experience even more memorable. His attention to detail and genuine hospitality really stood out.
A special thank-you to Serene and Nelson for the wonderful yoga experiences. They were both fantastic and added something unique to our stay.
The food was another highlight. Much of it is sourced from local farms, and you can genuinely taste the difference. The combination of fresh tropical ingredients and St. Lucia's volcanic soil creates flavors that are truly unique to the island.
What impressed us just as much was the local community. Everywhere we went, people were warm, friendly, and genuinely happy to welcome visitors.
Jade Mountain delivers everything you would expect from a world-class resort: spectacular views, outstanding food, exceptional service, and wonderful people. I highly recommend both Jade Mountain and St. Lucia. We had an unforgettable experience and would absolutely return.
