First of all the view is absolutely outstanding here. It’s just a gorgeous property with the pool perfectly placed on the cliffside and the outdoor area right behind that. This is a small property with, I believe, only six rooms, yet they have quite a large staff for such a small number of people staying there. The service is excellent and it’s just a great place to hang out for a few days. The only downside is the road you take to get there. It’s about 10 minutes up an extremely curvy and bumpy road which is a bit of a deterrent to ever leaving to go anywhere because every time you go down that road you need a chiropractic adjustment. Other than that, we absolutely loved staying here. They put a lot of effort into the food they served although I would say it was good but not great.
Absolutely fantastic from beginning to end. Lovely location, beautiful room, staff Sarah, Ms. P., Carter, Cornell, Ernie, Chris, Deleane, chef/ kitchen and everyone was amazing. From excursions, hidden cove, beach, Soufriere, and outside dining everything were top notch. We would highly recommend Caille Blanc to everyone who wants to travel to St. Lucia. Thank you for a 10 star experience.
From the minute we arrived we felt like the most welcomed guests. Everyone said hello and welcomed us, atmosphere was terrific and the staff was extremely friendly and provided exceptional service at every turn. The location is amazing with awesome views from the room and everywhere on the property. We stayed in the Grotto room and it is as good as it gets. Connel helped us with checking in and made us feel most welcomed. Carter poured delicious rum punch while our bags were taken to the room and he was our bartender and server in the evening, very friendly and funny. We had a room walkthrough with Connel and he explained everything and was most helpful in answering all of our questions. We were only staying one night but felt like everyone was providing great service the entire time. Dinner and breakfast was with a master chef prepared and simply delicious. We stayed 5 nights at another hotel on the island and paid extra for room and service upgrades but Caille Blanc’s service was far superior. We enjoyed relaxing in the pool and just spending time enjoying the views. Photos are amazing, but truly does not do it justice how beautiful it is here. It was so private, it felt like we were the only guests. If we go back to St Lucia, we will definitely stay at the Caille Blanc.
Exceptional vacation that began with a cocktail greeting and ended with the majority of staff seeing us off at the front entrance. Words cannot truly describe the ambiance of Caille Blanc. The views are magnificent, the food is prepared fresh daily, and the St. Lucians are very welcoming. The staff made our vacation even more special. You can tell they take pride in their jobs; we cherished the interactions we had with many of them daily, including the maintenance team and housekeeping. A special shout-out to Chris who welcomed us when we arrived and checked in with us during our stay, Carter who is quite entertaining, and one very special lady, Paulea, who brightened our days with her beautiful smile. We also enjoyed connecting with Delian, Sweeder, and Sarah at breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Ernie and Andre also deserve our recognition. Caille Blanc left a lasting impression on us; this was a mother/daughter trip, and it exceeded all expectations.
Trip of a lifetime! My wife and I booked 5 nights in the Pool View Suite (formerly the owners suite). We had seen pictures in a Conde Naste Magazine 25 years ago of the beautiful island of St. Lucia and vowed one day to visit. The pictures of an open wall room with a swim out pool and views of the Piton Mountains, Gros Piton and Petit Piton were nothing we had ever seen before. Well what a visit it turned out to be! We have never stayed at any property that is so stunningly beautiful. The breathtaking views of The Pitons is unforgettable and the resort is staffed by the most wonderful people. Upon arrival we were treated to a level of service that was unrivaled. The staff catered to our every request. Ernie, Connel and Chris went out of their way to make our stay spectacular. The food was awesome and any special requests we made were quickly delivered. We booked the Mega Package and got to make our own chocolate, my wife had a relaxing massage with a view of the Pitons, we went snorkeling, did the sulfur baths and sampled some local rum. Well worth it! The housekeeping staff always were happy to see us every morning and our room was kept stocked with beverages and neat as a pin. The entire resort is decorated with curated furnishings from around the world. Truly unique. In our opinion the big attraction in St. Lucia is the Piton Mountains and the friendly St. Lucian people that welcome you into their country. Calle Blanc Villas is the ONLY place to stay. None of the other resorts come close to the views and the level of service. And Alisa, the owner, is very responsive and must be super proud of her resort!
