Lobster Thermador was exceptional. Kelvin’s expertise in service and attention to detail was next level! And the mango sours are everything in life you didn’t know you needed. Having a restaurant of my own, this isn’t just a recommendation but a must when visiting St. Lucia. Don’t sleep on adding a night before your stay or the basis of your entire stay. Luxury meets a smile and a tastebud that should.not.be.missed! I said what I absolutely said.
One of the Best Caribbean Holidays I’ve Had This was one of the best holidays and hotel stays I have experienced in the Caribbean. From the moment my son and I arrived, the staff were polite, warm and welcoming. Every day and evening, we were greeted with a smile, and their kindness and hospitality made our stay very special. A very big thank you to the four members of staff who went above and beyond to make my son and I feel welcome and ensure we had a fulfilling and memorable stay. There is so much they did for us that I could not possibly mention everything. I would also like to highly recommend Adrian, an excellent and reliable taxi driver. On our journey to the hotel, he gave us a wonderful introduction to Saint Lucia, explaining the island from the North to the South. We were so impressed that we booked him for a full-day tour. He took us to the Pitons, Sugar Beach, the waterfalls and Sulphur Springs. He was knowledgeable, friendly and made the day very enjoyable. A special thank you also to Jovan, another excellent taxi driver, who took me to the arts and craft market in Castries and showed me some beautiful viewing points around the island. In the evenings, we were looked after by the lovely Vernancia (who is the look-alike of Spice!). She was wonderful and made us feel so comfortable. She is beautiful inside and out and provided excellent hospitality throughout our stay. And finally, a special thank you to Crystal at the front desk. You were so polite, helpful and reassuring. I really appreciated your kindness and the way you made me feel that everything would be okay. To all the staff, thank you for making my son and I feel so welcome. You have given us some beautiful memories that we will always remember. We had dinner at the Sushi deck and it was delicious. Kelvin our server provided excellent service. We appreciate you Kelvin for making our first dinner night in St. Lucia a very welcoming one!
Ariane, the restaurant supervisor at 7th, was absolutely amazing! She was very professional, incredibly sweet, and made sure we had the time of our lives. Her entire team was wonderful as well. The service and experience were exceptional, and I will definitely be back! Highly recommend! ❤️
Overall, I’d give Harbor Club 3 stars. The staff was friendly and accommodating throughout our stay, but unfortunately the hotel itself fell short of our expectations.
One of our biggest issues was the WiFi in our room, which essentially didn’t work for the majority of our stay and wasn’t resolved until our last night. We also had an issue with the iron in our room not working, although the staff was quick to bring us a replacement when we called.
The most frustrating part of our stay was the maintenance work taking place around the hotel. We were informed ahead of time that the main pool would be closed for maintenance, which we understood. What we weren’t told was that workers would be walking and working on the roof directly outside the windows of our second-floor room. It was pretty uncomfortable looking out the window and unexpectedly seeing workers right outside, and it definitely affected the privacy of the room.
To the hotel’s credit, after we brought this to their attention, they offered to move us to another room. We appreciated the offer, but we were in Saint Lucia for a wedding and had a lot going on, so packing everything up and changing rooms wasn’t really practical for us at that point.
All in all, the staff did their best to accommodate us when issues came up, and I appreciate how they handled our concerns. Unfortunately, between the WiFi problems, maintenance disruption, and some smaller issues with the room, the overall experience just didn’t live up to what I expected from the property.
