Great stay!
My stay was wonderfully relaxing and I hope to come again. Martin the concierge was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful.
Good hotel... Great Staff!!!
This hotel is situated in an ideal location, and you have everything you need a few steps away. It's right near restaurants, banks, a shopping plaza, supermarkets, bars and even a barbershop. The staff give great service, and they're always knowledgeable answering any questions you might have about the area and what's available to you at the hotel. You'll meet Khadeja up front she'll know everything about anything concerning your stay, Eva will always make sure your room is clean and spotless and Lori will definitely tell you where to park your rental vehicle in order for her parking lot to remain accessible with vehicles being arranged properly. 10/10.
Coco Palm- The Staff made this place complete
They say people make a place and this indeed made my experience completely amazing. This boutique hotel is quite a sanctuary and the surprise for me was walking out from the back to St.Lucia's mini city life of restaurants, mall, grocery store,public beach (15 mins. walk) and access to public transportation.
Everyone on staff who I met there and even in passing was welcoming, polite and friendly. There were however some extraordinary individuals who naturally went above and beyond their call of duty. Starting with Ms.Telcar, I do not have enough words and space here to write about her. She certainly knows every aspect of dealing with people with her natural warmth, kindness, professionalism and friendliess. Michael, always catering to everyone's needs with a smile and full of energy. Then there are the other employees who must be also highlighted for their enthusiastic nature and willingness to ensure all is good and also sharing wonderful insites on life itself and their beautiful St. Lucia. Alton, Vernessa, Sam, Paula, Nigel, Roger. I never stayed in a place where the Chefs actually came out and chatted with us to ensure we are enjoying our stay and asked for feedback on food choices. These individuals were Nigel, Roger and Paula. I had such a wonderful time and will return because of the way I was treated. They are like this with everyone.
I also wish to highlight Ms. Sophie, our knowledgeable tour guide. She is simply amazing. She is very organized, caring, attentive and someone everyone should experience. Thanks to her, I will return to St. Lucia and seek her out for tours.

A great time
The location is great near the town easy assessable to food and near beach. The staff were great treated me like one of their own like family.The food was great also and the bar was great..The rooms were excellent coming with a/c and all the utensils you need to get you start, I really enjoy my time at coco palm
Very pleased with location and quality staff responsiveness
I had a wonderful time celebrating my Birthday. The breakfast was amazing every morning and my room attendant Marcellina and house man Ash was very kind and attentive to the up keep of my room. I was pleased with my stay overall. The resort is in the heart of everything. I recommend your next stay in Saint Lucia to be here.
