Relaxing Stay at Coco Palm
My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Coco Palm. Private transport was long however our driver Kervin made the long trek from the airport to the hotel an enjoyable experience. When we arrived to the hotel, the front desk receptionist, Carleen greeted us with welcome drinks and went over a basic overview of the hotel amenities and all inclusive package. She was courteous and friendly whenever we would see her in passing throughout our stay. Dinner on the 1st night was good. Shout out to our server Teanna. We enjoyed the breakfast and lunch options each day. t. Dinner was better on Friday and Saturdays when the menu changes. The fine print when booking the all inclusive package should be more clear on the booking website. The drink offerings were good but there are various surcharges when you decide to order seafood, steaks and chops. I did sign off on something regarding these surcharges during check-in. One night after dinner, we experienced a hiccup with the air conditioning within our room and was quickly rectified by the hotel staff. Our room swap was A1. I regretted not booking a longer stay on this lovely property. We could have did an additional 4 days because the hotel was so relaxing and the neighboring coffee shops, restaurants and bars were steps away. Coco Palm was situated in a great location, with walkable access to the beach. If we decide to visit St. Lucia in the future, we will definitely be staying here again.
Lovely Stay - Thank you Khadija and Telcar!
My stay at Coco Palm was lovely. Telcar, Khadija, Martin, and Carleen were a great help. Major shouts to Telcar and Khadija they provided a sloth check in, made sure I had everything I needed, was safe, and helped my stay be as comfortable as possible. The room was spacious, comfy, and clean, with a pleasant balcony view. The hotel pool was awesome and the hotel itself has a great activity schedule.
A Wonderful Stay at Coco Palm Hotel!
Our stay at Coco Palm Resort was truly great and welcoming from start to finish. Garfield at the concierge desk was a fantastic resource, helping us find tours and offering great local advice throughout our trip. Michael at check-in was also incredibly helpful, making our arrival smooth and easy, and he answered any questions we may have had during our stay. The servers in the restaurant were attentive and accommodating, catering to all our needs at every meal. And a special shoutout to Denver, who was a fantastic guide at the street party in Gros Islet. Overall, this was a wonderful stay; the whole team went above and beyond to make our short vacay memorable. I hope to return again to Coco Palms soon. I highly recommend Coco Palm Resort to anyone looking for a warm, welcoming getaway!
Two very Happy Customers
I am just back from 3 nights stay in the Coco Palm Rodney Bay resort with my mum. We absolutely loved it here. It is very well connected to the most beautiful beach (5 minutes walk), bars, restaurants and shopping malls (1 minute walk). The hotel itself is boutique style, so they only have 1 restaurant and bar, but they are very good quality. Our room was a pool view room and was equipped with everything we needed. I would highly recommend getting the passionfruit infused BBQ baby back ribs. Big shout-out to Bryan behind the bar, who was very nice and always had a good chat with us any time we were there! Similarly to Anuska who looked after us for lunch and dinner, she was such a joy to be around! We would highly recommend going on the Friday night strip party in Gros Islet, we had the best time and our tour guide Denver could not have been any more helpful or kind. If you are not a party person or you don't like very loud music or be in large crowds, this tour may not be for you. We ended up getting lost finding the transfer home (our fault completely) and Denver was the absolute best in locating us and getting us back to the hotel in the midst of the crowded chaotic strip party! I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a nice hotel in the center of all the fun!
