It was my second time staying at the Bay Gardens,my experience at Bay Gardens was absolutely amazing, and I would rate it a 10/10. It was my 45th birthday.The General Manager along with her team was very welcoming, professional, and made sure everything was well taken care of throughout my stay. I also want to give special recognition to Terry, the bartender, who provided excellent service and was friendly, attentive, and enjoyable to interact with. Overall, the staff at breakfast and dinner staff at the restaurants not forget the front desk agents made my experience memorable, the house keeper who did my room, the food I will give it 💯. They did so much more, to call out the Hotel is very nice clean and beautiful looking to go back soon and I would definitely be recommending Bay Gardens to others.The biggest thank you to the General manager and her amazing team.

Fabulous ,with great breakfast and saff who understands hospitality and service ,the hotel sure got a great upgrade the 4 pools and amazing bar tenders it's nothing but a great place to vacation . Location is on point everything withing walking distance that was encouraging.
I stayed at Bay Garden for a few days and overall had a very pleasant experience. Everything went smoothly during my stay, and I felt comfortable and welcomed from the moment I arrived. The property was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. My room was pleasant and had everything I needed for a short stay. The surroundings were relaxing, and the overall environment made it easy to enjoy my time there.
I especially appreciated the positive attitude of the staff and the comfortable atmosphere throughout the property. Everything was handled efficiently, which made my stay enjoyable and stress-free. There may be a few small areas that could be improved.
Overall, I was happy with my stay at Bay Garden. It was a comfortable and enjoyable place to spend a few days.
Overall , was a good experience, Friendly staff. What I think they can improve is the opening time for Breakfast.. I do generally like to have an early breakfast as I usual am there for Business and leave the resort before 7 a.m.
