The resort was beautiful, however there were multiple cockroaches in the room. The food was mediocre The staff was overall friendly. There were a couple staff that had bad attitudes. The lady at the food truck and a male bar tender at the lower pool made us feel like we were bothering them. Top it off 4 of us were got stuck in the elevator for 20 minutes and not one staff person came to check on us. We had to call someone from our group to go tell someone that we were stuck. We had a person in a wheelchair. The elevator opened up after 20 minutes with a 3-4 inch gap . We had to get the person out of the wheelchair, help her up and out and lift the wheelchair up to get out out. 2 of the people are senior citizens. It was very hot and scary. We didn't know what was going on. We pressed the emergency button multiple times but nothing happened. Once we were out ,( by the grace of God) we went to the desk to inform the staff about what happened. Very traumatic experience. So disappointed that NO ONE FROM THE RESORT RESPONDED.
VJ and Travis from the vibe team made our entire experience incredible. From activities in the pool to even playing dominos with us. They were friendly, funny and found different ways to keep the entire resort lively and entertained. Zachary, the dj in the sports bar selected the best songs for the crowd, and hands down the best dj out of all the resorts we’ve been to.

💯 Amazing experience from the get go!!! Great customer service from the front desk team who greeted and escorted me to the lobby area. I even met with the General Manager(Miss Sabine)who in passing even took me to breakfast so that I can grab a bite before the breakfast was done.(This made me feel so special and welcoming) When I got to the restaurant she introduced me to the Restaurant Supervisor(Alexandra Williams) at Gourmet Marche who gave us an excellent experience, she is Outstanding and knows Service. The buffet room is very huge and neat, the staff is very welcoming and there are a variety of dishes to choose from. The lighting in the restaurant is perfect. The food there is magnificent, one dish which really stood out to me was the roti mix. Whoever made it kudos to you!!! Overall, breakfast was amazing.
The service on the beach is Top Notch. As I arrived near the pool area someone brought us towels and as soon as I sat on a lounger a young lady came to greet me and took our drink order which made us feel special. THIS IS TRULY SERVICE. The washrooms are very neat and has an amazing scent. The resort itself is stunning. It has many bars, pools and loungers. Also they didn't forget about the kids, what amazed me is that there is a kids park where there is a variety of activities for the kids to indulge in. The Resort is very neat and pools well looked after. The Bartenders are very alert and attentive and the vibe team brought the vybzzz. There is so much more to say but I won't finish so I give a thumbs up to this resort. Shout out to everyone who made our experience amazing. I definitely will recommend this resort and I will be back. Thank you Royalton Saint Lucia.
I was absolutely delighted with the band on Saturday night, as well as the service from Meivys (the entertainment supervisor) and Coco (the entertainment manager). Thanks to the Vive team for the foam party, and a big thank you to the pool bar staff.
