Our stay at Royalton Hideaway St. Lucia was truly an unforgettable experience from beginning to end. From the moment we arrived, we were surrounded by a beautiful atmosphere, warm hospitality, and the kind of relaxed, carefree vibe that makes a vacation feel truly special.

The ambience of the resort was absolutely amazing. Everything about the property created a sense of luxury and tranquility, while still having a lively and enjoyable energy. The music added so much to the experience—it created the perfect soundtrack throughout our stay and really captured the spirit of St. Lucia. Whether we were relaxing by the pool, enjoying a meal, or simply taking in the beautiful surroundings, there was always a wonderful vibe that made us want to stay just a little longer.

The food was another highlight of our vacation. There was an impressive variety of choices, with something to satisfy every taste and craving. The meals were flavorful, fresh, and delicious, and we loved having so many different options to explore. It was clear that a lot of care went into the dining experience, and each meal became something to look forward to.

What really stood out, though, was the people. Everyone we encountered was pleasant, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. The staff consistently went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and cared for. Their friendliness and positive attitudes added so much to the overall experience and made our stay even more enjoyable.

The pools were absolutely beautiful and provided the perfect setting for relaxing and soaking up the Caribbean sunshine. Overall, our vacation at Royalton Hideaway St. Lucia was everything we hoped for and more. The beautiful surroundings, incredible ambience, great music, delicious and diverse food, stunning pools, and wonderful staff all came together to create an exceptional vacation experience. It was the perfect combination of relaxation, entertainment, luxury, and true Caribbean hospitality.

An Exceptional Stay at Royalton Hideaway My experience at Royalton Hideaway was fantastic from beginning to end. The staff were genuinely friendly, welcoming, and always willing to assist. What stood out to me was how interactive and engaging they were with guests, which added a very personal touch to the overall experience. The food was excellent and, in my opinion, exceeded my expectations for an all-inclusive resort. The buffet was exceptionally well stocked, with a great selection of local and international dishes for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Compliments to the chef and the entire culinary team on the execution and consistency of the meals. Everything I tried was fresh, well prepared, and very satisfying. There are also several other restaurants throughout the property, and they provided a professional dining experience with excellent food and service. The property itself is massive, beautiful, and exceptionally well maintained, with an impressive variety of activities for both couples and families. The beach was beautiful, pristine, and perfect for enjoying football, jet skiing, snorkeling, and many other water activities. The large pool was another highlight. It was clean, inviting, and very well maintained. I particularly take notice of this because of my professional background, and I was impressed by the overall standard of cleanliness and maintenance. The bar was fully equipped with a wide variety of options, and there were sufficient staff members to efficiently accommodate the guests. Service was consistently good, and the atmosphere was relaxed and enjoyable. The evening entertainment was also impressive. I really enjoyed the open-air ambience, comfortable furniture, and premium level of service provided by the staff. The stage was impressive, and the professional performers certainly did it justice. The dancers, Michael Jackson tribute, magician, and other performers were all very entertaining and talented. Karaoke night was also enjoyable. Surprisingly, one of my most memorable experiences was the silent disco. Personally, I enjoyed the serenity of the environment and the majestic ambience of the property so much that I wasn't particularly interested in loud music. However, it was fascinating to watch the other guests having such a fantastic time. With different music frequencies playing through the headphones, the different colours illuminating each set of headphones allowed guests to see who was listening to the same music. Watching everyone dance together while the surrounding environment remained virtually silent was absolutely amazing. It was definitely an experience I won't forget. There were so many other activities and amenities available that unfortunately my time did not permit me to experience them all. In fact, that is one of the main reasons I would definitely plan another vacation at Royalton Hideaway. I feel like I only experienced a portion of everything the resort has to offer, and I am genuinely excited to return and enjoy more of the property. Overall, Royalton Hideaway delivered an excellent vacation experience. From the friendly and attentive staff, outstanding food, beautiful beach and pool, variety of activities, quality entertainment, and impressive property, there was very little to complain about. I would definitely recommend Royalton Hideaway to anyone looking for a memorable tropical vacation, and I look forward to returning myself.

Unacceptable "VIP" Experience – Completely Failed Expectations Title: * do NOT waste your money on the Diamond Club package at Royalton Saint Lucia* We recently stayed at the Royalton Saint Lucia, expecting a luxury 5-star experience—especially after paying extra for the Diamond Club package. Instead, it was an absolute disaster from start to finish and easily one of the worst resort stays we have ever experienced. Where It All Went Wrong: Diamond Club Perks Were Non-Existent: The "VIP treatment" is a complete myth. The exclusive lounges, upgraded amenities, and dedicated butler services were practically non-existent. Getting assistance or a response for basic requests took hours of chasing down staff. Service & Staff Attitude: Instead of hospitality, we were met with indifference, delays, and zero urgency. Trying to resolve basic issues felt like a battle rather than a vacation. Subpar Dining & Wait Times: Reservations were a nightmare despite being Diamond Club guests. Food quality was consistently mediocre, lukewarm, and nowhere near the standard promised for a premium package. Lack of Maintenance & Attention to Detail: For a high-end resort, the lack of cleanliness and upkeep in key areas was shocking. Upgraded room features meant very little when basic service and functionality were missing. The Bottom Line: Do not fall for the "Diamond Club" upgrade hype. You are paying premium rates for low-tier service, endless frustration, and unkept promises. Save your hard-earned money and book elsewhere in St. Lucia.
