The beach hotel is located next to the beach amidst green hills on a coral cliff that juts into a moon-shaped beach. The club resort on the island of St. Lucia is approximately 7 km from the capital city of Castries and the Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception.
Renovated in 2009, the spa complex offers a full range of modern comforts and amenities, such as shops, Internet access and the best facilities for couples. The air-conditioned establishment offers 331 rooms in total and welcomes guests in a lobby with 24-hour reception and check-out services, a hotel safe and currency exchange facilities. Further facilities include a hairdressing salon, bar, pub, restaurant and laundry service.
The hotel offers deluxe rooms with a large and cosy living room with comfortable sofas and a plasma TV. The terrace opens outdoors with plantation-style sliding doors which reveal the beauty of the Caribbean Sea. The rooms are also equipped with amenities like air conditioning, Internet access, a fridge, ironing set and a safe. A direct dial telephone, radio, hifi and an en suite bathroom with shower, bathtub and hairdryer also feature in all guest rooms as standard.
The complex has 4 outdoor swimming pools with a poolside snack bar and a sun terrace with sun loungers and parasols laid out ready for use. Guests may also take part in an aerobics session, work out in the gym, relax in the hot tub or sauna or choose from a selection of spa and massage treatments. Water sports enthusiasts may go diving, windsurfing, sailing or canoeing. Further sport and leisure activities include tennis, table tennis, pool/snooker, basketball, volleyball, beach volleyball, bocce and golf. The hotel organises entertainment programmes for adults. Sun loungers are provided on the sandy beach.
The hotel offers all-inclusive packages, with a continental breakfast buffet served each morning and set menu options for lunch and dinner.

Honeymooning at Sandals
We highly recommend La Toc! The staff were so friendly, our room was always tidy, and the food was mostly good. We loved the Buccan resturant because it was more of an experience with dinner. We loved being able to travel to the Grande (another sandals resort) to break up some days rather than spend extra money on excursions. The daily entertainment was also so fun! Shout out Twilla for always engaging with the crowd! The location very peaceful, and we did not have to worry about our safety at all :) we loved our stay and hope to stay at a Sandals again!!
Charles, Kyle, Garvin
Our experience was great. Especially, Charles, Nicole, Garvin, Kyle, and Roman the intern at Sandals! Our butlers Charles, Kyle and Garvin paid attention to every detail. From pool side food orders, to making tight dinner reservations happen they could not have been better. Nicole was the first person to help us at the resort when we were not happy with our room, she handled it better than anyone we could imagine and got us into the best suite possible for our honeymoon. Roman the intern was so nice at the bar and taught us about the island and where he was from, he had a great way with people and we wish him the best in his studies!
Butlers Garvin, Kyle and Charles
Our butlers Garvin, Kyle and Charles were amazing. No matter what we asked for, they made it happen. They surprised us with snacks, desserts and drinks daily. Having their service allowed us to spend less time planning and figuring out how to get to restaurants. We were really able to relax and enjoy all the time we had.

Charles, Kyle, and Garvin Butler Service
Charles, Kyle, and Garvin as the butler service was phenomenal! They constantly made sure we were accounted and accommodated for, and consistently went above and beyond to make our honeymoon just that more special. I would recommend them personally for anyone who would want to not only feel truly cared for, but also for their personalities alone! Truly amazing people who always brightened our days!

Flawless stay in paradise

Massive shoutouts to the incredible people who went above and beyond for us: -Simber (Water Sports / Main Pool): Super helpful every single day with finding the best sunbeds and umbrellas, and always a happy face every morning keeping us engaged with the activities.
- Renali and Roman (Pavilion Bar): Provided top-tier, proactive service, constantly checking in and keeping our drinks topped up without us even needing to ask.
- Cleaus (Club Level Team): Brilliant support throughout our stay—Club Level access is definitely worth it.
So much is included, from airport transfers to great water sports and boat snorkeling excursions. While the resort offers three pools, the main pool has the best atmosphere and entertainment. Dining-wise, every restaurant was excellent, but definitely book ahead for Buccan, La Toc, and Kimonos. A few extra tips: hit up Armando’s for breakfast as a nice change from the Pavilion buffet; take the complimentary shuttle to check out the Halcyon or the Grande (though La Toc is still our favorite). While the beach can get a bit rough, swimming during the yellow and red flags is totally manageable for confident swimmers.
