We have just returned from a wonderful 11 days at this hotel. From the moment we arrived we felt welcome. The staff were lovely. The room was clean and comfortable. The pool was brilliant. We had a cocktail at the poolside bar most days!! The staff at the beach always made sure we got 3 loungers with an umbrella daily. The sea was only a few steps from our lounger and was divine. Very safe to swim in. We tried several different restaurants but we all agreed that the food at Travellers and the service was excellent so ended up eating here every day! My husband and son hired kayaks and paddle boards from the hotel at a very reasonable price. Thank you to all the staff and a special mention to the waiter Stefan who was so attentive and friendly. We could not ask for anymore from a fantastic holiday.

Big shout out to Davion - the best bartender! This hotel is absolutely amazing! First of all, the rooms were spacious with plenty of storage. The bathroom had all the amenities necessary. The food in the hotel, especially breakfast was delicious. The location was perfect, right on the famous 7 mile beach. They provide you beach towels, sun loungers and umbrellas free of charge. Staff were helpful, polite yet friendly.
THE BEST HOTEL ON THE 7 MILES OF BEACH! Great food and beautiful rooms. The trampolines in the Ocean are a great add on! Love this place!!! i’ve been coming here for almost 13 years and this property never fails to keep upgrading itself.
Was about an hour and 20 minutes drive from the airport and we were greeted by the reception staff who were so friendly. We got a welcome drink upon arrival and then showed to our room. The room was lovely, air con worked extremely well, towels are provided along with shampoo and conditioner. There is a tv with netflix, fridge and coffee machine
The beach was amazingly beautiful and crystal clear. You can see lots of animals in the water including fish, starfish and even a stingray. There are floating lilo's out in the water which is a welcome treat in the heat. If you get onto the beach early, the sunbeds are not out, you have to ask the lifeguard to put them out along with a parasol. You can get a beach towel from the lifeguard with the card you received at check in. There are many people going up and down the beach selling food, daytrips etc, so if you don't like that, you can always sunbathe by the pool. We spent one day at the pool which was nice to listen to the music and they had some people practicing their scuba diving.
Food at the restaurant was amazing, although the staff were a bit hit or miss. Some were absolutely lovely and then others were really rude. Evening music was great and varied.
We walked into town once along the road and there was so many taxis honking their horns, cars stopping with men wanting to chat you up. The cat calling is very intense in Jamaica and made us very uncomfortable (experienced travelers as well). Especially when in Montego Bay.
