Jovie and alpha
I went to the gym andit was great thanks to the staff who were very professional and kind they have adequate machines available.They can improve on more back targeted machines but I enjoy it in there and they can also improve with a wider variety of refreshments inside, maybe some energy drinks( natural or artificial) and maybe a few power snacks like nutri bars or protein packed foods I will be back soon to see the changes.
Pool activities
Jovie as the aqua fitness instructor was amazing, friendly and overall a good vibe.

Fun at royalton negril
Jovie ,spade45 and strap Jace was good with aqua fit and pool games thanks you guys fir a fun time my first day back at the resort the new opening is a good look,I'll be back again soon with friends and family thanks much to all the staff food is good and drinks as well.
DON’T COME
DO NOT COME UNTIL THE KINKS ARE WORKED OUT! CONS
- TVs throughout the property are not working
- Leaks throughout the property near shower areas
- New staff who know NOTHING about anything- schedules for the restaurants, fitness or how anything works.
- Doors and passkeys not syncing
All small things but it is frustrating when staff keep saying they are looking into issues and someone is on their way to fix things and they are not - just own it and say it’s an issue with the reopening and ppl will understand.
PROS
- Staff try their best but are limited in what they can do.
- Location location - the beach is beautiful
Advice: wait a while to come or you will be spending most of your day at reception or in your room waiting for service that never arrives!
