Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.
Everything was very good rooms staff service. No complaints.
I had a wonderful experience at The Cliffs Hotel. The staff were amazing. I would like to give special praise to Ronaldo. He was very helpful and polite from check-in to check-out. Keep up the good work.
The Cliff Hotel is one of the best boutique hotels in Jamaica and certainly the best on the west end. The room I stayed in (101) had its own pool and an outdoor shower and it was massive!! And major props for making the room so modern and techy. Lots of cool gadgets. The property itself is gorgeous especially the pool a buy the cliffside and the restaurant has massive portions and the food was well prepared and seasoned right. I had no complaints . If you want entertainment or buzzing nightlife, Rick’s Cafe is 5 minutes away

We had an ABSOLUTELY AMAZING stay at The Cliff Hotel at West end Road in Jamaica!! Everything was FANTASTIC!! The service, The property, the rooms, the food, the restaurant and cliff bar, The little saltwater pool you can watch the sunset from! ALL OF IT- was SPECTACULAR!! A special THANK YOU goes out to our personal concierge DARRIAN, who made sure everything was perfect! Also Thanks to Dino, Tannya, the lovely woman with the glasses running the restaurant and of course the owner who we got to meet. All of the staff was so warm and wonderfully helpful! This was TRULY A 5 STAR EXPERIENCE- and we will most definitely be back again!! THANK YOU ALL! 😊
