Just got back after a 10 day stay , location great right on beach, staff fantastic will do anything for you, rooms large and spacious good air con but house keeping not good , 2 days with out servicing room and replacing towels, mini bar poor 6 days out of 10 not restocked after complaining to reception via room phone and visits eventually restocked. Gardens immaculate, gardeners working hard all day, and proud of what they have achieved. Would visit again .
This is my first time visiting here, my daughter and family have been 8 times !! I can see why! The place is beautiful and very scenic, the hotel has just recently reopened after being badly damaged in storm Mellisa . The hotel is immaculate and well looked after the staff are the friendliest I’ve ever met and nothing is too much trouble. We had Butlers Jermaine and Orlando and not forgetting the lovely Barbera these are a credit to this hotel, even down to the excursions guy who made a special trip to fetch KFC!! For us!! ( if you’ve not had kfc in Jamaica your missing out!! ) the taxi guy Greg was fab too picking us up . I had an amazing time with my family I hope to come back for another visit 😊
My family and I had an amazing time at the Royalton Negril. We booked the Diamond- Club 1 bedroom swim up suite. If you are able to book the Diamond club with for you and/or your family you won’t regret it. We were given a quick check in process, and we were taken straight to our building (5) and bypassed the lobby check in service, but also recommend you complete the online pre check in process.
We came across so many great staff members . Our butlers were Orlando and Jermaine, and they were so attentive to our family of 5, which is included in the Diamond Club stay. Esroy and the pool bar, Cassandra and Simone at the Gelato/Coffee shop, Angeline with Security, Camille and her team with the room cleaning service, so many servers at the different restaurants like Rashawn, Maurice, and Rochelle at the Grand Marshes Buffet, Jada and Jovi pool entertainment and aquafit, Juliann and Vanessa at the Pier 27 gift shop, Natashya with Resort Excursions, Timothy with Bellhop, Nicholas with room service and rest of the team. We’re coming back to Jamaica sooner rather than later because of great service and attentive staff. Beautiful ocean front views from our pool and more. The Royalton Negril opened up the last August after their year long restoration after Hurricane Melissa last year. Negril is about a 1.5-2.5 hour drive from Montego Bay, so we’d recommend a private transfer service if you’re able to. We enjoyed the food here as with many all -inclusive it can be a hit or miss. My kids really enjoyed there kids water area. And there really isn’t anything bad I can say about our experience. I’d recommend keeping an eye on forecasts and bringing extra cash to tip the amazing staff 🇯🇲😃

My biggest recommendation? Book the butler service, book the swim-out pool, You won’t regret the Diamond Club experience
The rooms were modern, clean, and comfortable, and our room attendant did a wonderful job keeping everything tidy throughout our stay. Our room selection came with so many perks, including a stocked minibar, access to select restaurants, and convenient golf carts always available to transport us around the property.
A special shout-out to our amazing butlers, Yonique and George! ❤️ Their service was exceptional. If we thought of something we wanted or needed, they made it happen. They truly went above and beyond to make our experience special.
Although the resort offered several restaurants, the buffet ended up being our favorite, especially for the variety of local Jamaican cuisine. The staff throughout the resort were welcoming, friendly, and attentive. Add in the great entertainment and the many excursions available for purchase, and there was never a shortage of things to enjoy.
Jamaica already has the best vibes, but Royalton Negril took it to another level! From the service to the amenities, this birthday getaway exceeded our expectations. We had an amazing time and will definitely be back!
