My stay was great. I met some nice loving staff at the beach bar Adrian, Shanel and Selena. They were professional, kind, polite, friendly and an awesome crew to have at the Royalton Negril Hotel. Also, the staff at the buffet area were great. They welcome you politely and always smiling. I will book another trip to Royalton Negril in the future.
Team YG (Yonique and George) our butler’s, made our visit most enjoyable. Both are very attentive, friendly and accommodating. I’m happy with the amenities we received being Diamond Club and will request Team YG every time we return. Everyone at the resort was pleasantly eager to serve us. The resort is beautiful and we were pleased with our accommodations. Our room was cleaned very well during our stay and the staff paid close attention to ensuring the resort as a whole was clean. This was our first time in Negril and the beaches are beautiful. The food offerings in both the Marache’ buffet and specialty restaurants could be better (food selections and food temperature control specifically). The service and wait times for food in the specialty restaurants were also not good. The food truck and Jerk Hut were amazing! However, we did dine outside of the resort two days. Entertainment on the resort was great especially the Michael Jackson show! Loved it! Overall, we enjoyed our time at Royalton Negril based on the purpose of our trip (recovery, rest and relaxation) and will definitely visit again.
Our stay at Royalton Negril was wonderful, but our exceptional butlers, Susan and Gregory #1, truly elevated the experience.
From the moment we arrived, they were warm, attentive, professional, and incredibly thoughtful. They anticipated our needs, checked in consistently, handled our requests seamlessly, and always made us feel genuinely cared for. Their service never felt routine or transactional—it was personal, sincere, and filled with the warmth of Jamaican hospitality.
What impressed us most was their ability to be attentive without ever being intrusive. They helped make our vacation effortless, allowing us to simply relax, celebrate, and enjoy every moment.
Susan and Gregory #1 became more than our butlers; they became part of the memories we brought home from Jamaica. Royalton Negril is fortunate to have two incredible ambassadors in them, and they absolutely deserve recognition for the exceptional service and genuine care they provide.

Overall my wife and I had a wonderful time at the resort. Everyone there was friendly and very polite. Our butlers were the best as we were diamond club. Our three butlers Kadeam, Justin and Roal we fantastic and very helpful. We were there to celebrate our anniversary and they went above and beyond for our special day. Food was great, drinks were even better.

We had the most amazing stay at Royalton Negril and honestly couldn’t fault the experience. The hotel itself is absolutely stunning — beautiful surroundings, gorgeous views and such a lovely atmosphere throughout the resort.
A special shoutout has to go to our butlers, Jermaine and Orlando, who went above and beyond for us. They were both so attentive, friendly and genuinely made our stay feel extra special. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and their service really stood out to us.
What made the experience even more impressive was how incredible the resort looked and how exceptional the service was despite the short amount of time since the hurricane. You could see the hard work, dedication and effort that had gone into getting everything back to such a beautiful standard, and the staff were still so welcoming, positive and committed to making sure guests had an amazing experience.
We are so grateful to the whole Royalton Negril team, but especially Jermaine and Orlando, for making our holiday so memorable. ❤️
