Our stay at Royalton beginning on Tuesday was nothing short of amazing! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted and welcomed by the staff with such warm smiles, kindness, and genuine hospitality. Right away, we felt comfortable and appreciated, and that first impression set the tone for what turned out to be a truly wonderful stay.

The entire resort had such a beautiful and welcoming ambiance. Everything felt peaceful, relaxing, and luxurious, while still having that fun and lively vacation atmosphere. It was the perfect place to escape, relax, enjoy ourselves, and create beautiful memories together. The surroundings were absolutely lovely, and the atmosphere throughout the hotel made us feel like we were truly on vacation from the moment we arrived.

Our room was beautiful, clean, comfortable, and well maintained. It was such a pleasure coming back to a space where we could relax and unwind after enjoying the activities at the resort. The attention to detail and overall comfort really added to our experience.

And we definitely have to talk about the FOOD! 😋🍽️ The food was absolutely delicious, with a great variety of options to choose from. Every day there was something different to enjoy, and we were never disappointed. From the presentation to the taste, the food was definitely one of the highlights of our stay. There was something for everyone, and we enjoyed every opportunity to sit down and have a good meal.

A very special thank you goes to our amazing butlers, Nathaniel and Kenneth. ❤️ These two gentlemen were absolutely wonderful! They went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable, had everything we needed, and were enjoying our stay. Their kindness, professionalism, patience, and attention to detail did not go unnoticed. They made us feel special and well taken care of, and we truly appreciate everything they did for us. Having Nathaniel and Kenneth there made our Royalton experience even more enjoyable.

We also want to give a BIG thank you to our wonderful drivers who picked us up and dropped us off. 🚘 They were friendly, professional, respectful, and made sure we were comfortable throughout our transportation. From the beginning of our journey until it was time to head home, they made the experience smooth and stress-free. We truly appreciate the excellent service they provided.

And we absolutely cannot forget to say a VERY SPECIAL THANK YOU TO KIMBERLY! ❤️❤️❤️ Kimberly, we are super grateful for everything you did for us. Your kindness, support, effort, and willingness to make sure everything was taken care of meant so much to us. You went out of your way to make our experience special, and we genuinely appreciate you. Sometimes it’s the little things and the people who go the extra mile that make a vacation truly memorable, and you definitely did that for us. Thank you, Kimberly, from the bottom of our hearts! 🥰

The entertainment at Royalton was also fantastic! There was always something happening, whether it was activities, music, performances, or different ways to keep guests entertained. We loved the energy and the fact that there was always something to look forward to. It gave the resort such a fun and exciting atmosphere while still allowing us to relax and enjoy our own time.

Overall, our stay at Royalton was an experience we will definitely remember. From the moment we arrived until the moment we left, we were surrounded by wonderful people, great service, delicious food, beautiful surroundings, comfortable accommodations, and unforgettable memories.

Terrible check in took hourssss, tv & phone dont wotk , the app acting up, most a la carte restaurants are closed, alcohol water down , roaches running around. Everyone is apologizing but nothing is been done. Im soooo disappointed 😔
