A long wait that turned out to be absolutely worth it. It was a beautiful welcome from the team. You could see how happy they were to welcome back their guests. The place was so clean and organized. The vibes team, the welcome sign, the management group , welcome drinks and everything was breathtaking. Check- in was a breeze and the room felt so fresh and brand new. The outlets open for food was also great. The variety at the Gourmet Marche (buffet) for breakfast, lunch and dinner was amazing. This is like my favorite place especially for a quick meal. Entertainment was also great. It was a short trip but i will be back. So happy i was able to experience the opening.
I decided in the opening stage and I am very happy that I did. Short but beautiful stay. Everything was amazing. From the staff, welcome, food, drinks and overall cleanliness was nothing short of amazing. The place was so peaceful which I understand because they just opened but I loved it. This makes everything more easier for us to access. Dinner at Hunters was good and we also enjoyed the lobby bar. Piña colada while watching the show was great. Thank you Royalton Blue waters for a great short stay. We will definitely be back.
Staffs we're attentive and customer service was amazing,the food was excellent 'bona petit'. The people were amazing and the personality of the employees were top tier. Entertainment was beautiful,the activities and shows were great,the Bob marley night was great we thought it was bob himself. Mariah from the vibe team was great,she kept the vibe going,we also met Vanessa the entertainment manager,she was lovely too. We will be returning for sure.
I arrived on the day of the opening and I am happy that I did. The staffs were very welcoming and the property was cleaned, you could tell they were doing a great job during the closure. Check in was smooth and our room was very clean. Stayed on building 4 on the fourth floor. Food and drinks were also great. For a hotel that just opened well done to the management. It was great to see some old faces Nadisha, Dorothy, Donalee, Leo. My butlers Cecil and Taneifa are absolutely amazing. Hanging by the pool daily the drinks kept coming which I loved. They made coming back even more exciting. Keep it up, we will be back.
Ngl this was great the bartenders carlisa and shakira were wonderful made my experience even better the food was fantastic
