I went to Royalton for a birthday trip . not after the days I arrive I found out there was hurricane , the Jamaican government shouldn't of let tourists in the country knowing they was a hurricane coming , anyway the communication with the staff during the hurricane was horrible. of course they were focused on getting the hotel back to normal but they didn't even provide us with anything for our room other than breakfast. I wouldn't advise going to Jamaica during hurricane season as well. building on this this , they left us in the building with a 3 month old baby and didnt tell us they were evacuating so we stayed in our room for awhile to the point our room was flooding . after we dried the floor with towels we went down for breakfast and we left all our things in the hotel room including our passports and they wouldn't allow us to go get our belongings after the hurricane . If your going to Jamaica to celebrate with family or friends its better to stay in a villa or a relatives house e. I do not recomend you come here .
Was a nice vacation but the party vibes aren’t like they used to be without Snow
I also went there in 2018. The hotel was much better then cost $2100… 2025 cost over $4000 per person. When I went back in 2025 they removed the beef tenderloin steak from the menu but doubled the price of the stay. Pathetic.
The bar staff and entertainment was amazing, I thoroughly enjoyed my time but We’re still missing our boy Snow.
This hotel is absolutely top tier! and their staff also, I enjoyed the acrobatic classes at the pool with the instructor jovi I also enjoyed alot of other fun activities. They ensure that their guests are entertained and their food is also top tier best hotel ive ever experienced so far!
