Ryan was my butler and he was very kind, upbeat, and attentive throughout my stay. The best part was when available he would offer to bar and cart services.
Best and most enjoyable all inclusive i have experienced
Easy to find with signage on the road. A very nice property, wonderful staff and good food. There's a positive vibe at this hotel. The room I got was nice, clean and everything worked. The garment steamer was a great amenity. First time visit for a business conference, I want to go back for a vacation.
I went for my birthday and stayed in the Priveldge Junior Suite Swim Out room. The grounds were well kept and the service from Ryan and Omario, the butler's and Sasha and Samannta at reception were great. The shrimp tacos and ackee and salt fish in the Priveldge lounge was very enjoyable. I gave 2 stars because when I went to the room my key didn't work, the tv was broken, the sink was clogged, the safe didn't work, there was sugar in the coffe/ tea tray that was opened and not cleaned up and the telephone didn't work. All of this was fixed eventually except the sugar was never cleaned and the telepohone was not fixed until the day before I left. I was told that I have to be in my room for them to fix the safe. I stayed in my room multple times and they nevver came until my third day. One time I stayed for three hours. I did let them know when I was in my room and available. One of the butler's, Jodian, treated me like an annoyance. My request was ignored and when I almost missed her for a pick up, I apologized and said that I didn't see the cart and her response made me feel like it was my fault and that I was inconveniencing her. On another occasion I texted Jodian for a ride and she did not repond for an hour and her reponse just said "Goodday". I was not sure what that response meant. She apologized the next day, but by then I was ready to go home. If not for the extra cost, I would have left early. Towards the end of my stay, I decided to buy myself a birthday cake. The website said it was $40, but when I went to pay, the guest service reps said it was $45 and the website was wrong. The female rep at the Guest Services desk was argumentative and not helpful at all. I filed a complaint about the butler Jodian with the manager Lauren. She was great. She listened and spoke with Jodian the next day. The employees at the restaurants were great. Lasltly, the pasta at the Captain's Market was undercooked and hard, not aldente just not cooked, and the lobster in the restaurant was overcooked and not enjoyable at all. The property has a very nice pool and was not overcrowded. Overall a disappointing trip!
Everything was great! 10/10! Tanika was the best at the steakhouse restaurant!!
