If you’re looking for an all inclusive resort with a true luxury experience, this is the resort! From the moment you step onto the property, you feel like you’re on vacation.
And please do not listen to the negative reviews about the food. Every restaurant I tried was a 10/10. I was here for several days and did not have one bad meal.
I would definitely recommend upgrading to Excellence Club. For me, it was worth it for the more exclusive experience and access to additional restaurants.
There are also so many activities throughout the resort, but at the same time it still has a very relaxed atmosphere. I came here on a solo trip and it was exactly what I was looking for. I felt completely comfortable being here by myself and was able to truly relax and enjoy my vacation. I would absolutely come back!
Dean drove us from Zenith to the Michael Jackson experience, and he was attentive, professional, and very careful. He made sure we were comfortable and safe throughout the ride. Great service and a wonderful experience!
From the very first ride, he treated us like guests he genuinely cared about, not just passengers. He was attentive to every detail, always on time, and quick to help. His recommendations around the resort were spot on. We tried spots we never would have found without him, and every single one was a win.
And the laughs! Every trip with Dean left us smiling. He has that rare gift of making a short shuttle ride feel like part of the vacation itself.
This is what true hospitality looks like. Dean is a gem, and this resort is lucky to have him. Five stars!
I can't recommend this resort highly enough! We stayed 7 nights in an ocean front beach house. It was wonderful. The service is excellent and the amenities are perfect for what we wanted: luxury, relaxation and no hassles. The beaches are lovely and very swimmable. The food is excellent. I loved the onion soup at Chez Isabelle. The Zenith and Magna restaurants are DEFINITELY worth upgrading for! We will be going back to this resort, guaranteed.
First time at an Excellence resort and just....wow! From start to finish, everything about this trip was amazing! My husband and I stayed in Villa 2 and had the most incredible time. We spent our days with Malik, who always went above and beyond for us and made us feel so special! At night, we were taken care of by Jordan and Omar, who were both top notch and always kept us laughing. The food was great and the beach was calm and beautiful. The beach never seemed crowded and there's were plenty of open spots for lounging. But it is the staff that made this experience incredible. Every team member was kind and caring. From housekeeping to landscaping, everyone was friendly and always had a warm smile. We have gone to many other AIs in the past and will be returning to Excellence Oyster Bay as soon as possible. This resort is now our new favorite!
