10 year anniversary celebration - excellence service - exceeded expectations
Excellence Oyster Bay delivers a polished, high-end, adults-only escape ideal for anniversaries, honeymoons, or a relaxing tropical retreat. Between the top-tier customer service, private peninsula views, and relaxed atmosphere, it stands out as one of Jamaica’s finest all-inclusive properties. Our group consisted of 27 people, whom occupied various room categories. Our room was villa 2 which was assigned butlers. A huge shout out to Malik, Jordan, Omar. They assisted us with with numerous requests: from nightly dinner arrangements, spa appointment, dinner on the beach and in-room services such restocking bar condiments and beverages. This was an amazing stay. We looking for to returning a third time.

Living Life in Peace
Excellence Oyster Bay exceeded every expectation from the moment we arrived. Staying in a Beach House was the highlight of our accommodations. Stepping right out onto the sand with direct access to the beach. The spa experience was absolute bliss. We did the hydrotherapy circuit after our treatments but the massage therapists are amazing. The all-inclusive bar is top-tier everything was premium and the eco bike ride was fantastic. The staff truly make this resort special. Every team member we encountered was warm, attentive, and genuinely invested in making our vacation flawless.
Best Anniversary ever!!!
We spent our 10 year anniversary here in the villas and our experience was perfection. Our butler team of Malik Jordan and Omar were attentive to each detail from daily laundry service, daily breakfast delivery to special requests like romantic turn down service and private dinners on the beach.
We came with a group of 25 people and everyone had the best time and even commented on how great our butler team was.
We are 100% coming back and will be request them again.
Excellence Stay
After a long day of traveling, all my worries went away when reaching the resort. It automatically gives luxury and peace which is what i was looking for. The views and aesthetic is one thing but they have the customer service to match. All staff was super friendly, if they were not actively assisting you can be sure to get a friendly smile or greeting. Beautiful beach, white sand and so much more to explore. My stay was short and i did not get to experience all this resort had to offer but from what I did. No disappointments
If you have the chance of meeting Chanel or Tamayo you are especially in good hands. Chanel made sure I had everything I needed for my stay and Tamayo made sure I was included and entertained. Also went above and beyond to make sure I had a tour guide that worked for me. So glad to have met them both.
Easy breezy
Resort is clean and comfortable. The beaches are truly some of the most beautiful on this planet. pools are always ready and a perfect temp. Great way to cool off but also warm enough to relax in. staff is helpful and friendly. drinks are great but a drink menu would be a plus. another request would be to have more Reggae playing throughout the beaches and pools. truly enjoyed our stay
