BESTIES GETAWAY!!! S
I was extremely blown away by the impeccable service. From arrival I was warmly greeted with cold towels that smelt amazing and that rum punch did exactly what it was supposed to do. Mind you I was a little anxious before I got here as I didn't know what to expect , but the ambience, the beautiful scenery, and the intimacy of the environment, I must say greatly surpassed my expectations. S Hotel has lived up to its name and I was greatly impressed. Would I take another trip? Most definitely!! without even a second thought. Would I share my experience with my family? Yes!!! Why gatekeep on something that is so awesome. Looking forward to coming back here. S Hotel was indeed the place to be.
True Hospitality from Start to Finish
After a two year hiatus the S Hotel Montego Bay was calling our names. We were excited to get back as we were heartbroken after the recent hurricane that the island endured. So many fabulous changes and this place just keeps getting better and better. Now I am told they are AAA 4 Diamond rated.. huge in hospitality. The smiles, the Jamaican vibe and that home away from home feeling is what this special place is all about.
We dined most nights at the buffet… The buffet is exceptional. We also loved Roots Rock the best. The food was incredibly great here. Orell, by the pool and beach took such good care of us. We also met their Head Butler, Glenroy.. yes Butler suites are are coming… amazing S Hotel!!!

Amazing Resort
This was one of the best all inclusive resorts i’ve ever been to. This resort truly cares about their guests and making sure everyone is comfortable and taken care of. You can feel the good vibes and energy throughout the place. One thing i would like to highlight is the fact that they are proud of their roots and they beautifully showcase that around the resort, you will see books all around showcasing the history of Jamaica, and the accomplishments, statues/pictures of Jamaican legends all around. The food is very authentic and very flavourful, the majority of resorts i have been to had very bland food, which is not the case here, the flavours of the food are immaculate, they serve different food everyday so it is not repetitive at all. The staff is very friendly and have good energy and made sure we had an amazing time. The resort is right on Doctor Cave’s beach which is very convenient. The beach is beautiful and the water is crystal clear and very clean. Shoutout to Marlon the manager, he is very kind and made sure our stay was comfortable. Overall, I had an amazing experience. thanks so much S hotel, we will be back soon!
