My family and I spent three nights at the S Hotel in Montego Bay, and it turned out to be much more than a stunning beachfront getaway—it was a masterclass in hospitality.
The food and drink were exceptional, elevated entirely by the staff. At the Lobby Bar, Joel combined brilliant mixology with genuine enthusiasm, while Akeen surprised us with thoughtful, off-menu touches like champagne. Ricardo provided seamless service at the Jamrock Italian restaurant, and Nakoya, Alex, and Glenora brought a wonderful energy to the S Café and Rocksteady seafood restaurant. Outside the resort, concierge Andes curated fantastic local excursions that gave us a true taste of Jamaica.
This level of dedication clearly starts at the top. General Manager Marlon Honegan is a constant, welcoming presence on the property, reflecting the open-door philosophy of CEO Christopher Issa. Their humility and warmth create a rare, inclusive atmosphere where you feel less like a hotel guest and more like family.

Entering the lobby the ambiance was prestige, the front desk agent was warm welcoming, food very palatable. The ocean view is eye dropping, my room was clean a refreshing. The best staff ever. Had an awesome top tier experience.
