Omg I don't know where to start My experience at the S Hotel in Jamaica was a memorable stay the Staff are so kind, respectful, friendly & professional, the place was so clean & well kept, their food & drink choices was super great. Thank you Heavenly Father, Miss Trishna Scott, Mr Homroy & all the other wonderful staff of the S Hotel team for such a wonderful experience.
We spent the night and it was wonderful, all the staff were warm and welcoming💕. The food was excellent at the Italian restaurant and the property was very beautiful and clean. Definitely would go back. Keep up the good work staff and others it was truly a pleasant experience.
I had an awesome experience. The place was spotless. Very clean. Miss Scott , Homroy, the front desk ladies the food , the servers, they were all soooo friendly and warm. I felt at home. I would recommend this Resort to anyone . Great experience. 👍
The location of the hotel is in the populated area of the town, where many shops are within walking distance, also a few clubs close by for a night out on the town. Let's talk about the room, very beautiful and spacious with a modern bathroom, listen! The room is everything, I was on the 6th room so you know the view is breathtaking overlooking the hotel. Honestly the cost to stay is such room is not cheap, but worth every pennies. You know the saying, you get what you pay for, that is exactly that. Even the atmosphere is pretty crisp and clean, at lunch I was sat down and can I tell you quietness 🤫. I've been to others and the noise level is minimal, not at the Shotel, it sounds like it's just you there and that's in the best way possible. Every area of the hotel is clean and well kept, if you walk pass a spill, just know on your way back it's cleaned. I love the way they take pride in the cleanliness and upkeep of the property. Customer service is 10/10, food 10/10. I know where I'm staying for my next visit. Don't think about it! Book it!
Lovely stay with my baby. We enjoy everything and have absolutely no issue. Great people, great customer service, great food, clean place. Nayoka great staff, Paula very nice and professional. And the excellent manager we ran into Homroy, very knowledgeable about the hotel. We love it..
