Miss You Nellie
First time at deja with Coworkers and it was great. Just disappointed with the late check in with the front desk staffs... But thanks to Ms Nellie that had us occupied and keep us entertained right through.... Her vybz and personality is the best♥️... Next thing the young lady Deborah need to learn customer service, she treat local bad and have no respect!!!!

First time coming to deja with my husbands and it was a great experience. We met the beautiful lady Nellie and she was amazing her personality and vybz is great, we enjoy our stay here... Monday and Wednesday night with Nellie was a boomshell with her lol 🤣Fyi the bestest thing on ludio and dominoes. We'll miss you Nellie❤️ hope to see you soon

First time at deja and I am amazed with the atmosphere, the staffs here are great. I met the beautiful Lady Nellie and she's amazing her personality is the best. She ensure we had a great time. Enjoy Monday and Wednesday night with her, Nellie continue to be the people person you're mama... Room 120 there wasn't any water are juice inside the fridge was a little disappointment and we also got the room 4:30 pm.... Big up Nellie For Cheering us up while we wait!!!!
Reservations are difficult to make. Pool area is loud.
Our mission group stayed at the Deja in July for several nights. We reserved the rooms several months ahead of time and had to change the rooms twice. In order to change the reservations we had to call because they would not let us do it via email even though all other reservations had to be done through email. This was expensive because international calling was expensive. When I called to change the room the second time our reservations were not right so it was a good thing I had called. We also had to pay for 1/2 of our bill up front. They were very helpful once we arrived though. All of the rooms are upstairs and there is no elevator. Our bus driver that we have had for 20 years had a hard time parking too. There isn't parking for large vehicles. The food was good at the buffet and the wait staff was good. We wanted to eat at the Italian restaurant but it was closed on Saturday. There was a lot of noise coming from the pool area which was right by our room. There was loud music and it went on quite late- until midnight at least. Then the next night there was a ceremony of some kind. The pool was not very clean and no one in our group used it. it was too crowded. We did use the beach passes to Doctors Cave. The valet- Andre', was helpful and carried all of our bags up for us.
All in all it was ok. The rooms were clean and the staff was friendly while there. I think next year we will try to find an all inclusive on the beach and someplace that is easier to work with before we go.
