Deja Resort

This hotel was great very small from hotels we usually stay at. My family had a great time at the beach which was across the street and the small pool. The last night (Saturday)I love ❤️ the activity and the entertainment group. The staff were 5stars and entertainment as well.They needed more food options as the buffet was the only great food option and pool stand that does not stay open long night.

Overall great location to party,staff was very friendly and can't stop praising the entertainment team that every night made the hotel enjoyable. Family trip successfully 2026

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Deja Resort. The location is excellent, and the staff were consistently friendly, welcoming, and helpful. A special mention goes to Shane at the front desk for his professionalism, as well as the security team who were always attentive and assisted guests safely across the road. I also appreciated the support from the luggage handlers, Andre and Omar, who were efficient and courteous. The restaurant staff, including Brandon, Lennie, Racquel, and Marie, provided great service, and the food was both delicious and authentically prepared. The entertainment, led by Loretta, added a lively and enjoyable atmosphere to the stay. Most of all, I would like to commend the manager, Dahlia Walker, who ensured the hotel ran smoothly and was always approachable with a listening ear. On the downside, the Italian restaurant did not meet expectations, as the food was disappointing. Additionally, beach towels tended to run out quickly, which was inconvenient at times. Overall, a very pleasant stay, I will definitely book this hotel again.

I stayed here for a total of 8 nights, the first night being the day of my arrival in Jamaica, and then I returned 3 days later for a week. I'm telling you, after the first day's welcome and hospitality, we couldn't wait to come back. I really do have to commend this hotel as having stayed at multiple hotels across Jamaica, big and small, I have definitely found my place now. I've got a good few people to mention, so hold on, from Shane and Reshaun and Imani on the front desk to Brandon, Marie, and Sattia in the main dining room, to Omar and Andre who helped us with our luggage and OJ and Lennie in the bar. Everyone gave exemplary service and was very authentic and definitely appeared to enjoy their work, which is always a good thing. I would like to give an extra special commendation Dahlia, who recognised without fuss my disability and ensured i was never at a disadvantage. Her warmth, genuine and kind consideration was heartfelt and helped to make me feel truly comfortable at this little haven. The food is amazing, there was not one day where we were disappointed with the choices or the taste of anything that was served. Let me not forget Dexter, who went the extra mile and prepared an ache dish for my friend who is vegetarian. Nothing was ever too much trouble. You will not be disappointed with the evening entertainment here, where the gregarious Loretta held charge and coordinated all different types of activities and encouraged people to participate. Done to the lovely gentleman at security who stopped the traffic to get us across the road to the beach. If there are any faults they were small things which i took up at the time and they were resolved. I will most definitely come back here, and i cannot recommend it enough. Soon come!!!
