Wow wow wow Just got back from this amazing hotel Food was great Entertainment was out of this world Clean Only one thing I can complain about is the room service , had to pay for them to top up the fridge Big shout out to Brianna Vanessa and not forgetting RJ You all make the entertainment side worth going to We will be back next year Thank you for an amazing vacation
Food was surprisingly good, nice vibe throughout the day and the all white party was ecstatic. Amenities over all was great although the room needs some improvement. Big up to the waiter Jason that works in the main buffet restaurant he is a model employee.
Better room rates needed...roaches in room and dining room. This was brough to the attention of the Manager and attempts made to address the issue
The weather was beautiful, the resort and beach well cared for. We were even able to see fish swimming around our legs. The best was the people though. Shanalee (hopefully I’m spelling her name right) who is a server in the buffet was so kind and upbeat. We were a party of 8 and she was so helpful. Shoutout to the kids club as well. The kids had a fab time and wanted to stop by for a couple of hours a day. Savannah, Nay Nay and Kaitland were so lovely.
The hotel is clean and very well maintained however the property is large and hard to get around with small children. The wait was too long to get to our rooms and no one was available to take our luggage to and from the room so we struggled with our child and they bags both times
