I had a family reunion at Moon Palace Jamaica and it was worth every dollar. All the local food were great, service was great, and the amenities were great. Everyone had fun. There were something for everyone. Great staff. Entertainment could use a little improvement. Big shout out to all the great chefs, the Jerk hut was where we ate most of the time. I really liked how at nights the Jerk hut was transformed into a restaurant style atmosphere. The Buffet was very good, a mixture of local and international cuisine. I really liked it. There were so many pools to swim in. The kids enjoyed the water splash zone, the water slide, flow rider and the arcade. Customer service was great also. The only issue we had was at night the clothing policy was a little strict in the restaurants, but we adjusted. I would recommend this resort to everyone. We will definitely go back.

Amazing resort with great staff and bartenders. Kevin and Kasheca were amazing during my entire trip. They were the reason I kept going the amazing Piano Bar. Amazing service, kind and high spirited!!! Will definitely come back here and I hope to see them when I do.
I have had the most amazing experience at moon palace Jamaica! Truly amazing— the food, the staff, the activities, the spa, the rooms, everything. They are incredibly mindful of every detail. I highly recommend visiting the spa. It is worth the extra money to splurge here. It is a one of kind experience. I was amazed by the staff, I had a particularly wonderful time because of Monique, Vinette and Krystal. They were so kind, so welcoming, so uplifting, and so caring. If I get to come back I will certainly be coming back to the spa and bringing whoever I can with me! Thank you moon palace Jamaica. MWAH!
