Birthday Girls Trip
Really enjoyed my stay at Moon Palace Jamaica and would definitely return when I’m in Ocho Rios!!! Jamielee provided amazing customer service upon check-in and made my friends and I feel welcomed!!! Clayon was amazing, making my birthday drinks at the pool bar; and Agora was so tasty!!! I highly recommend!!!
Will return with hand sanitizer!
Beautiful resort property, very close to town. Wonderful stay with plenty of action, great food and many restaurants. Housekeeping needs help (inquire @MOONPALACEJA); 1 service for 5 night stay! Also, bring your own hand sanitizer...none on property. This shoukd be a requirement for all restaurants, especially buffets!
Workers were amazing hotel room needs improvement
I apparently booked a $4k ocean view balcony room in the “oldest tower”. The balcony was very small and no seating. A few of my family members experienced toilets and sinks clogging. The buffet food was way better than the restaurants. The beach and pool were amazing but very little attendants to assist with towels, food and drinks. The best part of my experience was the friendly staff going above and beyond for us. The bartenders, concierge, masseuse, nightclub staff and especially all workers at the Loud Bar were amazing!. Alwayne and Kierra felt like part of our family by the end of our trip. I would go there again but would not book a room in tower 3.
Moon Palace Stay!
Visited Moon Palace for a couple days. Good location and staff! Close to the beach and if you don’t like the beach there’s also 3 pools. Good amount of restaurants to choose from! MoMo was my favorite and Veronica gave my family a awesome experience! She made sure we were taken care of and the food was really good. The desert bar had the best pistachio ice cream! Will be coming back!
