This resort also features complimentary wireless Internet access, concierge services and gift shops/newsstands.
Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.
Perfect and every way!!! Strongly suggest platinum package! Food was the best I’ve experienced at any resort! My only problem is that the resort is so large we didn’t get the opportunity to experience all that it offered!!!! BUTLER staff is top tier!!! Big shout out to my guys Dennis and Neisano!
We had an amazing eight-day stay at Princess Senses The Mangrove, and so much of what made our vacation special was the incredible people who took care of us.
Ms Shanika, our butler, was absolutely outstanding and one of the highlights of our entire stay. She consistently went above and beyond, anticipated our needs, remembered the little things, and always followed through. She was incredibly friendly, attentive, professional, and genuinely cared about making our vacation special. Ms Shanika is a natural leader who not only knows exactly how exceptional butler service should be provided, but in our opinion, should be teaching others how to do what she does. She is an incredible asset to Princess Senses, and we cannot thank her enough.
Mr. G (Glaister), our butler, was exceptional and easily one of the friendliest people we encountered. He always had a huge smile, was genuinely happy to see us, and was ready to help with anything we needed. His positive attitude was contagious. He was responsive, helpful, personable, and made us feel completely comfortable. His warmth and friendliness are genuine, and he absolutely helped make our vacation memorable.
Ms Renee from housekeeping was phenomenal. With our swim-out room, we constantly had wet towels and clothes, and she always had everything cleaned up and looking perfect. More importantly, she was incredibly warm, friendly, and always happy to help. She is an amazing person who truly helped make our stay special.
Mr. Jevon was such a special part of our vacation. His warmth, kindness, and positive energy made every yoga session something we genuinely looked forward to. He made us feel comfortable and welcome from the very beginning. More than a great instructor, Jevon is just a wonderful person, and we truly enjoyed getting to know him.
The resort itself is beautiful, but it is people like Shanika, Glaister, Renee, and Jevon who turn a beautiful resort into a memorable vacation. Thank you all for taking such wonderful care of is. We will remember you long after we leave Jamaica.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A Wonderful Stay at Mangrove Senses, Jamaica We’ve just returned from an amazing stay at Mangrove Senses, Jamaica, and we honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the moment we arrived, we felt so welcomed and looked after. A special mention has to go to our wonderful butlers, kadene and Roy, who went above and beyond throughout our stay. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and their friendly, attentive service made our holiday feel truly special. They were always there when we needed them, while still giving us the perfect balance of space to relax and enjoy ourselves. We’d also like to give a huge thank you to Lateisha at the bar, whose warm welcome, friendly personality and fantastic service always put a smile on our faces. She made every visit to the bar enjoyable and was such a lovely part of our stay. The whole experience was made even more memorable by the incredible Jamaican hospitality, beautiful surroundings and the wonderful people we met along the way. Thank you to the whole team at Mangrove Senses for making our stay so special. We’ve made some fantastic memories and would absolutely love to return! 🇯🇲❤️

Simply one of the best experiences ever, we visited Princess senses The Mangrove early September for the second time this year, The hotel is Jamazing, the food is fantastic and the staff are out of this world, I would like to especially thank our butlers Roy and Kadane, two fantastic gentleman on top of there game, nothing was too much trouble, thank you guys, we appreciate you, we would also like to give a huge shout out to Lateisha Spence, amazing service, forever with a smile.
