The property is beautiful! The Platinum suites are truly luxury and so comfortable! Our awesome butlers were Shay Shay, Questos , and Evon. They were on point the whole time for whatever we needed! The food was great especially the buffet food options. The jerk chicken food truck was so good! Robert’s Flame steak was perfection! We loved the taco bar in El Dilirio! The Euphoria bar & the Vibe pool was so fun! Drinks were always great! Shout out to our beach waitress Sherianna! So sweet and kept us well hydrated! The beach itself was nice, the sand was soft and was raked every day, the water is not the clear blue Caribbean waters so we did not swim, but it was nice, would’ve loved for it to be beautiful water but because of the location of the resort it never will be, but still an outstanding resort. The cart guys were all so very nice and friendly. We really enjoyed the hospitality at this resort and every encounter with the staff was pleasant!

We had an amazing experience here. Everyone was amazing The person who stood out the most was Star Fire in the entertainment department. She greeted us everyday, she remembered everything about us. She sat with us and we Told each other life stories I recommend the resort highly and i Am a travel agent who does destination weddings.
This is a beautiful resort! We had so much fun for the 20th anniversary of my 30th birthday. Star Fire is the entertainment at the resort. Amazing voice and super fun personality!
This is our 2nd stay in the week that we have been here. Rooms and food are great.
Celebrating my birthday here at the princess senses the mangrove, the experience is very special the butlers we got aren’t that good they don’t even talk to us we have to basically find everything for ourselves we get a different butler everyday. The entertainment team is wonderful but there was one entertainer who stood out she’s one of the persons who’s always smiling always have a welcoming presence and her personality is to die for she lits up the room whenever she walks in. Even though we’re Jamaicans she never makes us feel any different Her name is Lady Tanae or you can say Star Fire she’s the best
