I had a work experience vacation, they accommodated me most graciously to my net working with high net worth guests. The staff from the grounds to the general manager all personally assisted me with all my requests.
The room service, food, hospitality and personal greetings were off the chart.
I am sure to return to the property on future scheduled vacation and tell my friends and business colleagues.
My business is planning its tenth anniversary and I will be holding talks with management in holding the event on the premises.

Work experience vacation

We have been regular Customers for several years and also sent friends and Clients to stay here before. Whilst many of the wonderful staff continue to work hard to ensure a great experience, the whole Resort is really diminished since Kevin’s departure last year. 
The Staff all express unhappiness and wish for new proactive Leadership 
During our time here we have never seen or even met the new General Manager despite being repeat customers 
The Cove Restaurant whilst very good because of the long term staff it now appears disorganised we waited over 90 minutes last evening and my Daughters Fillet Steak was Raw Again an issue of poor Management! 
We have repeatedly tried through Nicole to book for Christmas but nothing ever happens ? 
One minute they have space then this morning not ?!!! You honestly couldn’t make it up 
I strongly suggest the resident owner takes an active interest This Resort should be full it’s Not !

Resort in Dire Need of Senior Leadership

Lovely hotel, wonderful and attentive staff, perfect location. Accommodation was very comfortable and, above all, clean. Bed linen high quality, lots of thoughtful touches throughout the property. Restaurants and food quality exceeded expectations. Can’t fault it in anyway. Highly recommend.

It was our first time staying here and it has honestly shown us what a luxury resort can be.  The food was stunning in every single restaurant, and the regular entertainment made it way more memorable than other places we’ve stayed in Antigua.  Thank you so much to all the people who made our stay possible!  We’ll definitely be back :)

The hotel is wonderful. The setting a dream. 
The best thing though are the staff. Every member of staff has been amazing. They all go out of their way to help. I asked one of the breakfast staff about black pineapple and immediately she said she would pop to the market on her way into work and buy one for us. You can’t get better than that🤗
Tiquesha the concierge works tirelessly to ensure our requests are met understanding the different needs of the family dynamics from teenagers to grandparent. 
I am a seasoned traveller and I have never been to a hotel with such amazing staff. Thank you Blue Waters Antigua
