Stolen clothes and shoes
We stayed there and got our stuff stolen in the room. Of course management says they didn’t see anything when we know it was the staff there. They entered the room when we were for dinner even tho we put the do not disturb sign. Don’t count on management to help. They play the game. I do not recommend this place ever.

Lovely stay
We had such a lovely holiday the staff there made it even more enjoyable with their warm and friendly service. A special thank you to Abel, who was our waiter throughout our stay and always took great care of us. Truly appreciated! ❤️🏖️

Friday dinner Moroccan night
The restaurant was a great experience. We were a party of 9 and it happened to be Friday Moroccan night with live music and a delicious buffet. The host Katya and her staff were great entertainers and the executive chef food was fresh and delicious.
Agadir Hotel Sofitel
We had a wonderful stay at this hotel, and one of the highlights was the excellent service from our housekeeper Omar. He was always kind, professional, and attentive. His friendly and positive attitude made our stay even more enjoyable. Thank you, Omar, for your wonderful service and for always taking such great care of us
An Unforgettable Birthday Celebration
We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Sofitel Thalassa Spa & Hotel, visiting with friends to celebrate my wife’s 40th birthday. From the moment we arrived, everything felt special. The beautiful setting, relaxing atmosphere, excellent service, and attention to detail made the entire experience truly memorable.
The spa was fantastic, the hotel was beautiful, and the staff were incredibly warm and welcoming throughout our stay. It was the perfect place to relax, celebrate, and enjoy quality time with great friends.
A huge thank you to the entire team for helping make such an important milestone even more special. We left with wonderful memories and would happily return. Highly recommended—five stars all around!
