Well what can I say, food not the best at this hotel… we stayed in a 3 star hotel in Morocco in February and it was better, this was a totally different holiday from the February one….can not fault the staff extremely helpful and friendly as are most Agadir Local people, sadly for us it was a bad experience was told by locals never to come here in July and August as are invaded, the pool I have to say looked dirty even though we did watch the fantastic pool/ life guard cleaning it etc but people being fully clothed sweating and jumping in a pool is gross in my opinion, the cleaning staff were good, proper make u scan the qr code to give them a good review ha ha, 🤣 it’s really gross place if I’m honest but I am English lol, nightclub next door is HELL if your in a room pool facing….4/5 in the morning your doomed….
We had an amazing stay at royal mirage this week . The location is perfect right by the beach with beautiful ocean views . But what really made our stay special was the staff especially miss fadwa from the moment we checked in , she was incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to help us . If u stay at royal mirage ask for miss fadwa she is a gem and a big reason we’ll be coming back , thank you for whole team for a memorable vacation .

Very disappointing stay – cleanliness, service and safety need serious improvement
Unfortunately, our experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The biggest issue was the lack of staff presence and the very poor standard of cleanliness throughout the communal areas.
The cleanliness in the restaurant and lifts was totally unacceptable. These are areas used constantly by guests, yet they appeared dirty and poorly maintained. The communal areas were generally filthy, with sticky marks left on the floors and water being sprayed around without any apparent attempt to properly clean or dry the area.
The hotel was also seriously understaffed. There were frequent long waits at the bar simply because there was nobody available to serve guests. This happened repeatedly and made getting even a simple drink unnecessarily difficult.
The bin near the pool was not emptied for four days, which was particularly unpleasant.
There was also broken glass around the pool area. We reported this to staff, who attempted to clean it, but despite being told about the problem, the glass was still there two days later. This is especially concerning around a swimming pool and represents a genuine safety issue.
We also noticed electrical wires sticking out of walls in communal areas, which was another worrying safety concern.
The food was extremely poor and certainly not to a standard we would expect from a hotel of this type. Combined with the unacceptable cleanliness of the restaurant, eating there was not an enjoyable experience.
The one positive was that our room itself was reasonably clean. However, even here there was an issue with a leaking sink. We reported it and were told it had been fixed, but unfortunately the problem remained.
We also had a rather bizarre experience regarding a kettle. After asking for one, the hotel provided it, only to remove it again the day before we were due to leave. When we asked for it to be returned, we were told it wouldn’t be replaced because we were leaving the following morning. This seemed unnecessarily unhelpful and left a very poor impression.
In our opinion, this hotel is totally unsuitable for guests travelling with families. The poor cleanliness, broken glass around the pool, exposed electrical wiring, unattended areas and lack of staff would be particularly concerning for anyone with children.
Overall, there were simply too many basic issues during our stay. Cleanliness, hygiene, safety, maintenance, decent food, adequate staffing and basic customer service should be non-negotiable in any hotel.
Sadly, based on our experience, we would not return or recommend this hotel.
