Lovely hotel, friendly staff, fab little gym and lovely cats Only 1 downside I couldn’t find the feeding station for the cats?

Rooms reception and grounds lovely. Food mediocre just the same all the time. Some staff were very friendly, but main dining room staff very rude, told you where to sit making you move from one table to the other,staff arguing in the doorway so no one could pass and they just carried on not very professional. We also had problem with ants in bathroom,dining room and around sunbeds. People putting towels on sunbeds that just sat there all day not being used. Really needs better organising and staff training .Will not be returning.
Nice location however the hotel itself is more a 3 star. The staff dictate to you where you sit at meal times . The sun beds are a nightmare as people reserve them from the crack of dawn or leave their towels on them from the day before and a lot of the times are not used people are wandering around to find one. Room floors were dirty, you get out the shower and your feet are dirty so they obviously don’t get mopped. Staff at times were un helpful and rude more so in the main dining room. The Asian restaurant was really good and staff friendly.
Very nice hotel would definitely recommend, the staff are very friendly especially zakaria and with his friend flamingo we love you
